Hello, I am a proud owner of a beautiful paradigm. However not happy with the warranty department. I bought my unit in December 2025 out of Odessa TX. When they delivered our unit, they didn't pull out the awnings. We didn't think nothing of it. We went on with our trip which is to Tennessee where my husband is working for a bit. At that time, it was winter. So, we didn't use them. However, there was a nice day so we would put them out. Everything was great until we brought the big one in and it broke on one end and I was stuck in the house and my husband had to go get a guy to help put it on top of the slide out. Until we found mobile tech. Because we can't get back to the dealer for a while due to the husband staying in it while working. So, the tech came out and put an idle arm on and brought it out, but it did damage to the awing. The tech said he didn't want to get in to all that. So, I have located another mobile tech that actually files the warranty work. So, I called said lady back to let her know what I had. She said you needed to send photos and a description of what is happening. I said Well I am new to ALLIANCE I have only owned forest river and keystone. They did things differently than alliance. The tech always came out, took pictures and explained what needed done and submitted it to warranty. I just had some work done and she said because I didn't send back broken parts or took a picture I don't get all of my money back. So, I feel that I am not trusted as a customer When I talk to her, she makes me feel like I am stupid. I would not make these repairs up. I just want my stuff fixed as it should be it's a new unit. She also went on in our conversation to tell me that's not what the email said, and I said yes ma'am that is what I read, so, I pulled it up and read it. She also let me know 99% of the awing are weather related. I said we didn't have any wind or rain. This literally was our first time opening them. Also, she told me she was not going to argue with me. I said argue I am not arguing I am a customer just wanting my unit fixed after my purchase. That is one of the reasons we bought an alliance. We read that the service and warranty department was top notch. I haven't had very good luck so far with this department. She also let me know that she has been there for 5 years, and they must trust her to do her job, or she wouldn't be there in her position. There are just a few things that she said to me that I feel is very unprofessional. Like bragging on herself and disregarding my concerns. I just wanted my warranty work done without a big hassle or money out of our pockets. This is my 5th unit to purchase and by far the worst experience with factory warranty. We have an issue with the entertainment/pantry door. I contacted Alliance the morning of the 2nd and within an hour or so they got back to me and assigned a service rep. I sent pictures and a video of the problem. By the next day they contacted me with approval for a mobile tech. I told her that we already had an appointment with a local RV repair company to upgrade our pin box and she approved them to make the repairs. FYI, while talking to our local shop, they commented that they early see Alliance products except for regular maintenance, they are solid products. We love our 310RL! Show less

This is the absolute best Fifth Wheel we have ever owned. It is very spacious even at 34 feet long, and compared to our former 42 ft., it tows like a dream. Loaded with many upgrades like 5.5 Onan generator, 3 A/Cs that tolerate even the Fl summer heat. G614 Goodyear tires including the spare. Winegard 1000 gateway router connecting to the 360+ Wi-Fi/antenna system. New Dexter brakes and backing plates. This coach is a step above all others on the market. Show less

There is a lot of RV manufacturers out there. I have owned a couple different manufacturers. I purchased a Alliance RV and would never consider even looking at another manufacture. ALLIANCE RV takes care of their customers over and beyond what they even should do. We did have to take it back to the factory not only did they fix something outside of the warranty. They also fixed everything else they saw that was wrong with it. Thank you ALLIANCE RV. We are loyal customers forever. Show less

This RV is literally a tiny home on wheels. The large kitchen is equipped with residential appliances and the shower is larger than most homes. A walk-in closet provides all the space you would need including washer/dryer hookups. You can live comfortably year round or park it somewhere for a weekend luxury getaway. Show less

We had issues when we first got the RV. Alliance at that time was very responsive and took care of the problems we had. Because of that this one is solid, reliable and enjoyable. We felt right at home in it and still occasionally take it out to make sure all is in good order. Show less

I would recommend the paradigm 295 MK to anyone looking for a high-end smaller fifth wheel. This layout and a trailer is perfect for my husband and I and our three dogs it tows well and we have had very few problems. Considering it is a home on wheels and is basically going through earthquake conditions every time we go on a trip alliance the company has been amazing with customer service and helping us whenever we need it. We traveled in the 2022 Alliance Paradigm 295MK for several months in 2023 & 2024, and this RV has exceeded all our expectations. It feels more like a high-end condo than an RV. The attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful design truly make it stand out. The interior is very nice, with modern finishes, soft-close cabinetry, and plenty of natural light thanks to large panoramic windows. The kitchen is a highlight – spacious and functional, with residential-style appliances, solid-surface countertops, and a deep stainless-steel sink. The kitchen island and generous pantry make meal prep feel effortless. The rear living area is cozy yet roomy, with a tri-fold sofa and theater seating that are both extremely comfortable. The bedroom features a full-size queen bed with underbed storage, a walk-in closet, and washer/dryer prep. Storage throughout the rig is excellent, from the bathroom linen closet to the spacious overhead cabinets. Towing the Paradigm 295MK has been smooth and stable. Alliance clearly focused on quality construction – from the MORryde suspension to the heavy-duty frame and wide stance axles. After I get a response from Alliance, I will describe my experience. Good or bad. Prior to their response I will comment on the mattress. It is the worst possible bag of straw that they could possibly put onto a bed. Absolutely terrible. The supplier of these mattresses ought to sleep on one and the same for the buyer at Alliance. The Lippert sofa bed is not much better. If you buy one with the MorRyde 3000 suspension upgrade, check the Zurk's. One was missing from our trailer. The dealer was supposed to check this trailer before delivery, but they didn't catch it. Neither did we. As soon as it was parked at our RV park, I did a thorough check and found the missing Zurk and one of the slam locking doors cannot be slammed. The Lippert frame is not strong enough to slam close the door as it is supposed to be able to do. The frame of the door bends in every time and the lock cannot lock the door tight. Show less

We've owned our 340 for 3 years and are completely satisfied with our unit. We especially love the bathroom and large shower. Secondly I love the stairs up to the bedroom being on the off door side. The stove and oven are awesome, we've even cooked a small turkey in it. Show less
