The floorplan was similar to many other brands, but there were little things that Alliance had done that the others didn't do. Flush slides everywhere, no carpet, no ducts in the floor, cutoff valves throughout on the plumbing system . We have had a few issues but the factory service team has been awesome to work with. They are very supportive of their customers. The management team really does listen to the customers and is constantly looking for ways to improve the product.

We bought our Alliance Paradigm 310 RL new from the factory in 2023 and upgraded with the Alliance-installed solar package. We are a retired couple, using the RV part-time (we have a house). Our RV search started close to seven years before we bought our Paradigm. We watched countless YouTube videos made by RV owners and dealers and read endless reviews. Once we decided on the type of RV we wanted, a 5th wheel, the search for the right brand and floor plan began. We landed, by chance, on the Alliance brand during that search. We didn't want anything over 40 ft. The Paradigm, coming in just under 35 ft. is the size we wanted. The floor plan is perfect for us with just enough space to be comfy, while still being stylish and practical with upscale trim.

The floor plan is what sold us on buying this unit. Very good layout for full time RVers. However, once we moved in the overall poor quality started revealing itself. Ist visit after 1 month of living was to resolve dead USB port, island misalignment and main awning hitting slideout cover when extending/retracting. Turned out that Alliance had failed to connect USB port and failed to screw island to floor. 2-1/2 months now and we are scheduled to return to dealer for a second time. This time lights are flickering/surging, multiple breakers are constantly tripping, and the USB port that was repaired on previous service is dead again. One of the gray water tank valves is not sealing allowing constant drip (note - this was happening since first owned but didn't have time to fix on first dealer visit for repairs). This is my 3rd fifth wheel ownership and never had the problems with workmanship and features failing as I've had with this unit. If problems continue I will be looking for another brand to replace with.

I have owned 8 rvs over a period of 45 years. This Alliance is by far the best of them all. It has heavy duty construction and is very well designed. After 21 months and 20,000 plus miles I must say this unit can handle anything.
So far my only problem has been a bad tv splitter. Don't worry if you have an unresponsive dealer. Call Alliance and they will fix it. When I posted a question online about the location of the bedroom splitter I got a call from a factory tech a 1/2 hour later. He stayed on the phone and walked me thru finding it in the ceiling.
I had an accident requiring the replacement of some skirting, trim pieces and support arms. A repair place wanted over $1000, I knew I could do the work myself. I called Alliance Parts. They put me on the phone with a tech and gave me info on what part #s to order. I was quoted $300 - 400 depending on shipping cost. It had to be shipped by a large truck because the skirting was 12' long. A week later it arrived at only $200. when I called them they said it was less because they charged me cost for parts. Nobody takes care of customers better than Alliance. They also have online training of how to fix common problems at no cast.
There motto is Do the right thing. The company executives post their cell phone numbers so customers can call them. So, if your need help you can call the CEO, VP of Service, etc. Try that with anyone else and see what happens.

Several small concern as with all new rigs and most likely more so due to pandemic issues. Biggest problem we’re leaking windows and equipment malfunction. Warranty was great and efficient. All concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I would say I would buy again especially if carpet was reintroduced to the industry, the awning were lowered so they did not become sails, and height of rig lowered as this is getting more of a wind issue. I feel the rig is well built but have problems that I sure will be fine tuned and fixed. Warranty work by Jim Bonacci was above and beyond what I have seen in this industry.
