This is a 1 year review. We bought it in early summer 2024. Overall, we feel these trailers are mostly well made with room for improvement. Nothing major went wrong so far, just several small, annoying issues. So, here is the bad. -Stabilizer legs would not work sometimes. I found the problem was a crimped wire joint where the plastic coating was not properly stripped off and so was mostly crimped over the plastic. Easy fix, but was somewhat time consuming to find. -Door latch for the outside pass through compartment stopped working. I had to crawl into the compartment from the other side to open it from the inside since the latch was stuck locked. Again, easy fix, but quite annoying. -Lights in the front compartment, the light on the front cap as well as USB chargers on either side of the bed stopped working. Could not figure this one on my own so I took it to a RV dealer to fix. They could not find the break, assumed it was somewhere in the roof, maybe due to rubbing through or maybe partially damaged by a staple, screw or whatever. They redirected a new wire with a new fuse to fix the issue. -Other small issues were two drawers needing adjustment to enable smoth operation and changing out a light on the front cap because it's cheap and not water proof. Connections rusted out and the light stopped working even before the broken wire issue. Now for the good. -Frame seems very solid, walls seem solid, ride quality is excellent with a shock on each wheel. Slide out works very smoothly. Floor is 3/4 inch plywood and solid. Would I recommend to buy, short answer is yes, but don't expect a perfect product. Inspect each unit based on the assumption that they are individual and the quality will vary. Recommendations to ORV. Inspect more and trace problems to individual workers to better address problems. Consider extending workmanship warranty to three years. In other words, the actual build of the trailer not including appliances, latches, lights and other things not related to the factory build. Happy camping to you all!

What a beauty of a camper. This one is like new. Their log book shows only 6700 miles Large rear windows for a great view. Theater seating , plenty of storage inside & out. The solar system allows for extended remote camping & balances well with plenty of fresh water storage&!gray/black holding. A well thought out w/great ground clearance & easy safe tow package. I had to ask why they are selling? Sadly there are medical issues w/the spouse that are stopping their camping adventures.

We own an Outdoor Glacier. Peak titanium F27KVS which is climate designed for 4 season camping. We spent 5 months last winter from November 4 thru the end of March living in it. We were cozy and comfortable. I particularly like the kitchen and the larger than average dining table. These RVs are built for rugged cold weather camping with the heated holding tanks that turn on automatically when the temps drop below 45. Towing was a breeze with our 2500 Dodge Ram. Set up was so easy with the 6 point auto leveling system.. We would recommend this RV to everyone.

Livability the camper is perfect. I travel for work state to state, and it had been a breath of fresh air. However overall quality of the RV has been hell. I was giving a one-year warranty and when i call in for service no one ever calls back nor help. The summertime my ac unit went out. I call the local dealer for assist and no help. Out of pocket I paid 1500 just to fix the AC unit. When I purchase my camper in March of 2024 I was not told or educated on the horrible service I would get with the warranty. Now my refrigerator unit went out. The lights are on, but the unit is not getting cold. I called yet again to make a service appointment left voicemail and no call back or return any of the calls. Why purchase the extra warranty when they don't help you with the original warranty.

We’ve had an awesome time with our Paradigm 382RK! The rear living floor plan is hands down our favorite feature—it feels super spacious, and the layout is just perfect for how we like to travel. We love having a half bath, and the master suite has tons of storage, which is a huge plus when you’re on the road for long stretches. We decided to go with the 8K axles to get more carrying capacity, and it’s been a game-changer for us. The independence suspension also makes for such a smooth ride; you can really tell the difference, especially on rougher roads. And honestly, the full-body paint? It’s a head-turner! We catch ourselves just standing there, admiring how good it looks. But beyond the RV itself, the folks at Alliance have been amazing. They’ve been so helpful from the start, always going out of their way to make sure we’re happy. It’s hard to find that level of customer service these days. All in all, we’re absolutely loving this coach, and we’d 100% recommend it to anyone thinking about getting an RV. It’s been such a great experience for us!

We purchased a highland ridge toy hauler in August 2023, First time we took it out the plumbing under the kitchen sink leaked. My husband fixed it, Had it out for a day, The 2nd time we went camping I went to load up the refrigerator with food. It didn't work, My husband found out the battery was bad, hoping to fix the problem he purchased a new battery. ( Mind you the trailer was only a year old at the time. $200.00 for a new battery) The guy at advanced auto said to him this battery is not new, its a 2020 battery, So in other words someone had switched batteries. My husband put the new battery in hoping the fridge would work, IT DIDNT!!! We took it with a few coolers in hand. Long story short, we took our first shower in the camper. Water started pouring under the bathroom sink. Then he went to let out the black and gray water, Water started pouring out under the camper itself. This camper should be considered under the lemon law!!!It has shotty workmanship to say the least. I would NOT recommend a Highland ridge to anyone. Its a 30,000 piece of crap!!!

Bought the riverside rv 2023 xplorer 511x last year. Worst decision ever. The quality check department was locked in the break room for the entirety of the assembly. The warranty for such a pricey item is a complete joke! Customer service will be asking you how YOU fixed the issue. Right off the bat we had issues with the electrical, with the battery connections (wouldnt hold a charge), then with the radio (which is now no longer Bluetooth capable) the rack though it appears solid is very thin & flexible and too high to reach without a ladder. The inside accents are one by one coming undone due to cheap glue and the kitchen floor ended up flooding underneath because nobody bothered to check the hose connections before sending it out. Warranty offered us $150 for us to repair the water-swollen wood in the kitchen ourselves. Now, after taking it out of its 1st winter storage we find a bubble of water underneath the trailer in-between the floor & the insulation. So far customer service solution to nearly every problem has been 'glue & paint'. The fenders were held on by silicone and came off. I despair at how much $ I will lose in the sale because I won't be able to lie to the buyer about what an absolute design-disaster this is. It's too late for me. Save yourself!!

Where to begin? 1st 10feet the cabin lights stopped working, bent stabilizer arm. valances laminate peeled, light coming in bedroom due to cabinet coming off the side wall panels for underground storage and the same for the walk-in closet over the outside kitchen plus the fenders over the tires began to flap in the wind. Mile 400 refrigerator fell off the wall. Not attached to the A frame and only into a 3/4 in think vanity board. 600 miles in the covers for electrically at front came off. 1200 miles in Awning came of the control arm nearly taking off my head. Looks like not riveted into the arm. 2000 miles all plumbing under sinks came loose and the shelf under the kitchen sink collapsed. 2500 miles in the electrical panel began falling off the wall. Large blind fell off wall. So much more!!!!! During this time my dealer directed to the MFG who in the end took notes but never reimbursed me for all of the repair expenses. In fact, we schedule a drop-off in Indiana to the MFG who later reneged on the stop and tried to move us to January. So whatever price you get with the new trailer you will be paying out of pocket during trips to put it back together better than it was manufactured. I would ask for 5k off immediately.
