Looks great Have issues called factory they asked for my vin number said I would hear from somebody within 24/72 hrs still haven’t received a call text anything from them for a company who has a a policy of customer satisfaction built buy a team of quality work force and they care haven’t seen that yet from this company I’ve had a lot of Rv and this is the most disappointing Rv I’ve owned Back in the day fit finish was out of this world I think jaycoe needs to Shake things up in the QC department as it seems they don’t do their job to the standards the company was built on Show less

This is just a test from a TI employee to determine how the workflow functions. I am hoping to discover cool things, particularly in the realm of URL tracking. This is to be rejected on sight. We purchased our RV new. Initially we had several minor problems, which in experience with other rvs , seems normal. The dealer took care of the issues promptly and completely. We have taken this coach all over the country. From Florida to Washington state and everything in between. We commonly towed a small car. No problem with mountains or in any driving conditions. Comfortable and easy to drive. Spent 6 weeks in it last summer with our dog. Logged 8500 miles. No problems, great trip. If we weren’t moving out of the country, we would definitely keep this RV Show less

We upgraded the front sway bar and steering stabilizer and this 24B on the E450 chassis handles great, with the full side pop out and the large shower and wardrobe at 26'-8" it is a great size and easy to maneuver. We also put 800w of solar and 400ah of lithium batteries making boon docking a breeze. The power and gas mileage of the 7.3 Godzilla V8 in this size RV is excellent. Show less

Expect SIGNIFICANT big ticket expenses. 15K or 20K bill, don't even blink when it happens. Not if.... but when. This is on a 2021 coach in 2023. The layout is perfect. I purchased a slightly used 2021 Palazzo in 2022. There was yellowing on the floor I couldn't clean up. The coach was barely out out of 12 month warranty. Turns out glue is coming thru the floor due to factory not preparing floor correctly. Requires complete floor replacement for the entire coach. 2021 model in 2023 Very challenging to have any level of communication with the warranty team. Completely one sided, all from the customer to get ANY response Many Many thousands of dollars to fix. Will not stand behind their construction. If you buy a new or used Thor expect to have a nice layout, but also expect SIGNIFICANT big ticket expenses. It might look ok, but understand you might have a 15 or 20K bill for underlying build quality issues (beyond the slide problems that are already well documented) Show less

I liked the fact that it’s small enough or large enough for two and That it drives very well, it has been checked out all of the times it needed to be brought into the dealership. I don’t like the mattrice as it moves even Though we have tried to fix the issue. It drives and works well. We love it! Show less

This is our 3rd summer with the RV. The craftmanship on these is pure crap! Of course stuff is breaking after the warranty. Pain is bubbling on the outside. The roof is leaking. We only have 4000 miles on this. And the company doesn't care that you spent $120K on something that is total crap!! And do not work with, she doens't do her job!!!! The customer service and over all quality of this rv is bad. I would not recommend this company or rv to anyone we have been having leaking roof issues and they are no help. Should not have bad seams on an rv that is only 3 years old Show less

I purchased the 2021 Tellaro 20LT the fall of 2021. I have had ongoing problems with the auto-geneartor - inverter - AGM - solar panels with neither working or communicating. The solar panels charge the AGM batteries but does provide electrical power to the RV outlets. On & off issues with BMPro. It appears that Thor support is very lacking. I would recommend not purchasing any of the Tellaros. Show less

This RV is great for having a large family. We can sleep 9-10 relatively comfortably. Plenty of storage. AC works great. Fairly easy to drive. It is a bit loud to drive. Set up is easy. The MHSRV dealer in TExas has been difficult to work with in getting warranty work done. Show less
