We loved the 2021 Palomino Columbus Compass F374BHC. It is a true luxury RV and great for full time travelers, and is good for all season camping. Our family of 6 traveled 15 states in 2 yrs and enjoyed every minute of it. The RV pretty much came with every wishlist item, my wife and I had for a 5th wheel that can accommodate a large family. Understanding nothing is perfect. But it's definitely been a trial. We were to move in July 15th. But when it got delivered the AC didn't work. It took almost a month and a half before it got done. A month later I heard water leaking. I went outside and there it was leaking.from the belly. Next day a friend sat at the table and the chair broke. This vehicle is not meant to live in it's like a beautiful house to only look at. Now the worse is we still have to pay for it. Show less

The FK model has a nice kitchen layout. The issue is the exhaust vent is not vent less nor vented. It is totally enclosed and creates enormous amount of heat on the stainless hood that will eventually have a oil build up inside the hood and will cause a fire. I contacted Palomino with no help and no help from the dealership. I purchased the unit from another individual so no factory warranty. I am afraid my family could parish in a fire if the stove is used any further. Slide outs will leak and should have toppers installed. We have had problems with every slide leaking We've had them in there to get fixed and they still do every time it rains Sometimes they don't go in or out our kitchen is doing that now you can't get it out. Inverter fireplace vacuum microwave all have been replaced on top of all the little things we have had fixed including doors. We got it back are kitchen counter was cracked they won't fix it saying we did it but it just happened to be where they were working. When they replaced the heater they unplugged the water heater we had to pay to have that fixed. And they don't care how many big things keep going bad with there very expensive 1492 388FK they tell you put it in the shop over and over again while you're paying for it for a year.we bought this thing to try to make us feel better after losing our 3 parents and youngest daughter in a 2 month period in 2020 biggest mistake we have ever made Show less

We selected this RV because our 1/2 ton truck was able to tow it. It is the perfect size for someone who is just beginning to learn about the RV camping lifestyle. We loved that everything was easy to get too, yet there was enough space to not feel cramped. We had planned on enjoying this camper during weekend escapes. We loved that it came with a BBQ grill! If I can get away with zero stars for quality and service I most certainly would… had issues with electrical the lippert one control system right from the start … has been pure hell trying to get any answers or assistance with any customer service or support they pretty much emailed a reply after numerous requests and said I was on my own paid out of pocket to fix the situation. Still could not fix the problem with out having to take it all the way back to a shop . Regret ever trading my grand design for this piece of crap and having to deal with ZERO customer service after just purchasing this junky fifth wheel. Best advise would be to look at another brand of rv save yourself the trouble! Show less

We have had nothing but trouble with this camper! Now with that said. We searched for over three years of getting the wants of me and my husband in one camper lol. The floor plan is perfect with the recliners for him and a kitchen table for me, large enough to haul the Harley around without all the weight. So we bought it May 30 left on June 26 to California from Ohio and June 30 in Albuquerque New Mexico the roof flies off. Well to be more fare the front part of the seam let loose causing the vinyl to flap which in turn busted off the roof vents! To get a hold of any kind of customer service or warranty people was a nightmare. I did give warranty a 5 star for right now because we are on our way to take it back to the factory, Gonna see if their words are true to make this right with us! Now moving on, one tire was bald from where transport drug it, didn’t notice until a few days later. The bald part was always down! Next we are in Arizona the desert and the awning rips. Warranty doesn’t even know about this yet! The bedroom panaling is tore from the wall and bubbles everywhere else practically! The quality of this camper is POOR be on belief. There must not be any quality control person working for forest rivers! Very dissatisfied with our camper! A lot of our problems is not just cosmetic, it had the potential to really hurting someone on the highway! Beware if purchasing a 2021 puma 5th wheel toy hauler! 382THS Show less
