Looks great Have issues called factory they asked for my vin number said I would hear from somebody within 24/72 hrs still haven’t received a call text anything from them for a company who has a a policy of customer satisfaction built buy a team of quality work force and they care haven’t seen that yet from this company I’ve had a lot of Rv and this is the most disappointing Rv I’ve owned Back in the day fit finish was out of this world I think jaycoe needs to Shake things up in the QC department as it seems they don’t do their job to the standards the company was built on Show less

We purchased our RV new. Initially we had several minor problems, which in experience with other rvs , seems normal. The dealer took care of the issues promptly and completely. We have taken this coach all over the country. From Florida to Washington state and everything in between. We commonly towed a small car. No problem with mountains or in any driving conditions. Comfortable and easy to drive. Spent 6 weeks in it last summer with our dog. Logged 8500 miles. No problems, great trip. If we weren’t moving out of the country, we would definitely keep this RV Show less

We upgraded the front sway bar and steering stabilizer and this 24B on the E450 chassis handles great, with the full side pop out and the large shower and wardrobe at 26'-8" it is a great size and easy to maneuver. We also put 800w of solar and 400ah of lithium batteries making boon docking a breeze. The power and gas mileage of the 7.3 Godzilla V8 in this size RV is excellent. Show less

I liked the fact that it’s small enough or large enough for two and That it drives very well, it has been checked out all of the times it needed to be brought into the dealership. I don’t like the mattrice as it moves even Though we have tried to fix the issue. It drives and works well. We love it! Show less

This is our 3rd summer with the RV. The craftmanship on these is pure crap! Of course stuff is breaking after the warranty. Pain is bubbling on the outside. The roof is leaking. We only have 4000 miles on this. And the company doesn't care that you spent $120K on something that is total crap!! And do not work with, she doens't do her job!!!! The customer service and over all quality of this rv is bad. I would not recommend this company or rv to anyone we have been having leaking roof issues and they are no help. Should not have bad seams on an rv that is only 3 years old Show less

This RV is great for having a large family. We can sleep 9-10 relatively comfortably. Plenty of storage. AC works great. Fairly easy to drive. It is a bit loud to drive. Set up is easy. The MHSRV dealer in TExas has been difficult to work with in getting warranty work done. Show less

The customer service from Jayco and RV Country was horrible. The first year and a half it was in the shop more than with me. RV manufacturers and dealers cannot keep up with the warranty work needed to repair poor quality made RVs. Additionally, Ford dealers won’t touch Ford chassis motorhomes. I’m into my third year of owning this rig and finally have most of the bugs fixed, thanks to new management at RV Country and a small mom and pop RV repair shop. Show less

After two years of ownership I can say this is one of the best Class-A Motorhomes available from any production vendor. I find it extremely well made and in two years of driving not a single rattle. Yes all RVs will have issues but for ours, they were all small issues which never prevented us from using it and it was fixed in a timely manner. Recently I brought it back to Entegra for its 2-year examination which is unique. They fix everything plus a few things i had not noticed. The technology in Entegra Coaches is on par with Newell and Prevost which are significantly more. A pleasure to drive and handling is exceptional. Show less

Do NOT buy from Entegra or General RV Jacksonville. We’ve had nothing but problems since purchase. Entegra customer service manager is useless as is General RV. I get no response unless I kick and scream. Appointments are non existent. We leave the coach for one problem and it comes back with new problems. The GM at General RV gives us canned speeches on how great the coach is and that problems are expected. Poor product. Poor management. Poor customer service. Brand new coach and it’s never left Florida due to the amount of time in the shop. Really poor. Show less
