2007 Gulf Stream Class C reviews

I have owned my BT cruiser for 7 years and absolutely love it! It is so quick and easy to set up. The layout is perfect with lots of living area with the 12' slide out. This length unit is so easy to maneuver, pull off the road at small lakes and turn around. Gulf Stream RV's are quality built and ride so smoothly that I often forget I am even driving a motorhome. There are so many standard items that seem like upgrades, such as Corian counters, solid wood cabinetry convection/microwave oven, etc. It is comfortable to drive and just hanging out inside. We have thoroughly enjoyed our Motor Home and have created so many memories for our selves and Grandchildren. We love the floor plan which includes a dressing area which can be very private. It does look exceptionally clean and has been well maintained, inside and out. We have been pleasantly surprised when we were getting 10 mpg, as they advertise 10 to 12 mpg. Well built Motor Coach and the power of the diesel was another pleasant surprise. It will be a sweet deal for someone that truly wants to see our beautiful country. The vista cruiser is great for traveling. Driving, cooking, sleeping all great. It’s a small house. A little big for every day parking.! A cassette toilet would be an improvement but other systems are great. Show less

I had a checklist for life quality, and this coach checked off everything! King bed, full W/D, large shower, tall ceiling, lots of storage, res.refrig ice n water in door, water filter system, easily repairable if water leak, (water manifold) beautiful head turner, proud to call home! Separate vanity for female! Separate closet space! Heat n cool all over! Double air! Show less

This is our 11th year in this motorhome and we have absolutely loved it. We have traveled the country and have seen many beautiful sites. It's a solid coach and very well-maintained and looks almost like brand new. The next owner will be very happy to own this particular motorcoach. Show less

This is an excellent RV and we\'ve had it for over 4 years. We\'ve had no major problems, only normal maintenance. It rides smooth and gets excellent milage (around 16-17). The A C will not cool down the entire vehicle while driving on hot days (we live in Texas where it\'s 100 degrees everyday in the summer) so, you might have to run the A C in back also. Show less

My 2007 Gulf Stream motorhome has had (o) problems. The motorhomes is easy to drive, duel braking system, easy to hookup. Set-up and leveling is a piece of cake as there are automatic levelers. All slides are level with the floor( good thing). Interior is maple wood , not plastic colored wood. Corian countertops. The model 8295 is an up-scale model with 3 slide outs which makes a very roomy area to have space of your own or for kids to play. List price in 2007 was well over $100,000. Very little maintenance required. Oil change at Ford dealership for the Triton V-10 was approximately $70. Another plus. With all the slide outs this is a very liveable motorhome. Show less

Well built and spacious with the slideouts out. King bed in the rear slideout. Purchased our unit used with low miles. Chevrolet V8 is powerful enough and gas mileage is between 6.5 and 8 depending on towing and terrain. We pull a aluminum car trailer with loaded SUV with no power or load issues. My wife has difficulty switching on the interior lights as the ceiling is high and the switches are on the overhead lights. Because this model is only 34 ft long the manuverabilty is quite good in tight campgrounds. The headlight brightness and aiming on the Kodiak chassis is not real good and auxiliary lighting helps with night visibility. Overall we are very satisfied with this motorhome over other units we have owned. Show less

We ordered this coach from the Gulf Stream factory through a dealer, and had several custom additions made to suit us. Gulf Stream folks were very good to work with. The floor plan, features, and quality are all an accumulation of all the good things we have had, and seen, in other coaches. We still have not seen any coach in the new line ups that we would want more than this one. There have been very few problems with it as well. The quality the Gulf Stream put into it is still superior to any other ones we see for an assembly line product, and consequently, we are very proud to show it off. Bottom line - could not be happier with this one, and not in any hurry to trade. Show less
