Bought a 2025 stratus venture 261vrb from great American tv in defuniak springs Florida. Went on a 4 month trip around the USA Overall not many issues. One issue was the 20 amp gfci bkr that fed the outlets for where the washer and dryer would plug in 120vac was wired incorrectly at the factory. As soon as u plugged anything in the bkr would trip free. Took the dealership some time to troubleshoot this issue and wire the bkr correctly. Second issue was the reception wiring for cable/antanne broke after 2 months. Dealership troubleshot and found numerous loose connections and a bad splitter. Third issue was electric fireplace broke after 3 months. Dealership replaced it. 4th issue was the slide out stove fell off its sliders after 3 uses. Dealership fixed 5th issue was the blinds by the couch and dining table had the lower piece come off. Dealership fixed these. Last issue was the shower head was clogged with piping debris from installation. Had to clean out bits of plastic plumbing pipe to get decent water flow. It took a month to get warranty work approved. And another month to get parts. Show less

This is a basic trailer, but it is easy to tow and has all of the basics you need plus 100W solar and off road tires. It is perfect for weekend or overnight stays. However! There are a few Cons about it. 1. The bathroom is too small and the shower inside is worthless. 2. You cannot pull out the shelves in the fridge because the bathroom door is in the way. Bad design. 3. The fold down futon sofa is too hard on one side and too soft on the other. There is no good fix to make it comfortable. 4. The fold down bunk only holds 100 lbs... So not good for a bigger child. 5. The solar does not run the A/C. Other than those complaints, we are happy with it because it serves our needs. We didn't need anything fancy and spend most of our time outdoors. Most of the time, it is just the two of us and the dog. Show less

I’ve owned many different RV’s over the years and my Sonic is an absolute gem. The quality of build and high end material is second to none. My one and only issue is that like other Sonics my front stargazing window was installed poorly and after a rain I noticed the inside window ledge had water coming in. Thank goodness I caught it in time and quickly covered up the trailer with a cover. Of course it was not covered under warranty as it was already 3yrs old. I can’t say enough about the great service the dealership where I purchased it from . They took out the window and installed it properly and absolutely no leaks. It cost me $1,500 for the repair but now I have total piece of mind. I highly recommend this RV to anyone, but check the window out first 👍 Show less

We had to have the entire membrane replaced. Rear ac leak. Manufacture cut it to short. Replaced 2 shhets of plywood. Damaged new matress Microwave replaced. Fusion door did not open. Slider cover installed wrong. Pulled away from the wall. Show less

My wife and I are Alaska residents. As such, prepping for winter on the 16bh is a snap! All of the drain points are located in easy to reach areas. The fresh water tank (after draining) separates from the pump, there is a separate pick up hose that draws the antifreeze into the lines. All that's needed is open the valves and the antifreeze pumps in! Slick and fast! The quality, fit, and finish are excellent. With 18 hours of summer daylight, the solar panel works great! Longest trip last year culminated in a total of 1800 miles. Not a single problem! 100%+, well thought out! Could not be happier. FYI, our tow vehicle is a Buick Enclave. The 16bh is a dream to tow, and it's weight is far less than capacity. I would fate this unit at "ten stars" if the program would allow for it! Show less

Livability the camper is perfect. I travel for work state to state, and it had been a breath of fresh air. However overall quality of the RV has been hell. I was giving a one-year warranty and when i call in for service no one ever calls back nor help. The summertime my ac unit went out. I call the local dealer for assist and no help. Out of pocket I paid 1500 just to fix the AC unit. When I purchase my camper in March of 2024 I was not told or educated on the horrible service I would get with the warranty. Now my refrigerator unit went out. The lights are on, but the unit is not getting cold. I called yet again to make a service appointment left voicemail and no call back or return any of the calls. Why purchase the extra warranty when they don't help you with the original warranty. Show less

My 2022 Venture Sonic Lite SL 169 VRK is a dream rv, I can’t say enough about all the features, craftsmen ship, and overall quality. The only issue I have and it’s a relatively large one and it’s the factory installation of the front automotive star gazing window. The window was just slapped in without any due care and attention resulting in it being crooked and susceptible to leaks. This isn’t just my Sonic, it’s all Sonics with the front window and how these units passed factory inspections is beyond me. The frustration I have is it not being on warranty. If your looking to purchase Sonic with a front window then inspect it and have it fixed before sighing on the dotted line. Show less

I’ve owned many rv’s in the past and I must say my Sonic is far above the rest. Other brands have options you pay for but with the Sonic they come standard from electric lite jacks to black tank flush system to two exterior cable outlets to outdoor shower and the list goes on. It has great curb appeal and tows like a dream behind my Toyota 4Runner. The floor plan and high end finishing make this trailer a winner. Show less

I’ve owned many types of rv’s over the years and by far my Sonic is the best of all. I haven’t had any issues whatsoever and it pulls great behind my Toyota 4Runner. Many other brands out there have options that come standard with the Sonic. If you maintain and look after your investment then you’ll have many years of great camping memories. Just a causion, if an rv doesn’t come equipped with a latter then the roof is not meant for walking on, which I’ve never done. Show less

I've owned many rv’s in the past and I must say my 2022 Sonic Lite 169 VRK that I’ve owned for two years is a dream rv. I’ve had zero issues with it probably because I take care of it. No matter what brand of rv you purchase you’re going to have the odd issue. It’s very important to “maintain” your rv and don’t neglect it. And remember if an rv does not come equipped with a ladder then don’t walk on it. Show less
