We purchased new in 2018 a Cruiser Stryker 2912. It worked well for us with the toy hauler section having lots of options for SxS or dirt bikes. Earlier this year, we noticed a soft spot in the floor toy hauler section. Turns out that a hole was drilled into the water tank on initial installation. The pilot hole was drilled too deep when the table holer cups were installed in the floor and a perfect 1/2" hole was drilled into the upper side of the frsh water tank. Mold, mildew, water damage to the entire floor area and rotted the floor over 4 years of travel between Arizona and Montana with water in the fresh water tank. We'd been using trailer heavy and fresh water had been splashing out of water tank onto underside of flooring for years which was unbeknown to us because of the insulated underbelly. We never saw any water leaking under camper to indicate a tank issue Contacted Cruiser RV for help with cost of repair on several occasions and was ignored. We told Cruiser rv the entire situation s well as gave them the contact information of the independant repair shop. So, while we love our toy hauler and use the heck out of it, we would not recommend using Cruiser RV as they do not stand behind their products. We had to pay 1000$ insurance deductable and lost use of rv for 4 months for repair.

Very well-made toy hauler, we've owned ours for over 5 years and had nothing to fix except a few minor issues. All the major components/equipment (generator, a/c, heater, fridge etc) have worked flawlessly. I'm 6'3" and the king size bed and large amount of headroom for walking around are great. The construction is top-notch compared to some of the cheaper travel trailers out there. We've camped in very cold temps in the mountains in Colorado with no concern since it has a heated/enclosed underbelly.

I bought a used 202 Cruiser Stryker. It is less than two years old. I've had it for less than a month. The happijac bed system quit working. The functionality of this equipment is ESSENTIAL, as you cannot use the toy hauling feature without it. Luckily I am on a camping trip that didn't have any riding trails so I did not bring my side by side. I had a repair man come take a look and it is a wiring issue inside the camper walls. I have called the Cruiser support line several times and have left voicemails with no call back. I am so disappointed and honestly really ticked off! I bought a newer camper so that I would not have these types of issues. CRINGE!! Bad, bad, bad Cruiser RV. You guys are terrible.

This review is for the 2021 Stryker ST2816. On October 12, 2020 I fell in love with the floor plan and purchased it. It fits my RZR900 trail, and my Polaris 550 touring 2 seat 4wheeler. Plenty of room for everything we needed. Life happened and we could not go out before winter, so it was in storage until April. We have had it out camping 3 times and each time went in for service. Problem is that the slides would get bound up. It has spent 3 months in the shop this summer getting the main slide repaired. Got it back on Friday morning for Labor Day camp trip. Opened the slides, got everything loaded. Then the slide bound up and wouldn't come in. Love the floor plan, but tired of the constant service on the slides. Owned it less than a year and traded it in on Saturday. The service department is coming out to the house today 9/10/2021 to get the slides in, and tow it away. I am disappointed because I was hoping this would be our last trailer. I think I just got a lemon.

If I had thought to ask for a ladder at the dealership before signing on the dotted line I would have walked away from this bomb. At first we thought the Falcon F-23TH was great. Easy to tow and fairly easy to get our motorcycles in and out of it. Fully loaded it rolls out of our driveway as soon as you shift into Drive. Nice open floorplan with the added plus of being able to open the back end for wonderful cooling as all of the camping we do is boon docking. I cobbled together a screen door for the rear of the trailer from two of those $5 instant screen doors "As Seen On TV" and a roll of Gorilla tape. Third year of ownership we had a terrible leak in the roof during a thunderstorm. I found out there was a factory installed dent in the roof at the rear of the trailer above the loading door that had been covered up by the crew in Indiana by slathering copious amounts of Dicor sealant over it. The dent was quite large extending from the edge of the rear door frame in towards the front of the trailer about 20 inches. The patch had weakened over time and cracked above the gap between the edge of the frame and the roof. The AC unit sits in a depression at the center of the roof about one inch lower than the sides of the trailer. The roof is constructed of sheets of aluminum about 4 feet long and 6 feet wide that seem to be stapled to a cross member (you really can't call it a rafter) made of wood. We called and called the factory but they never returned my calls. Being first time RV buyers we bought an extended warranty for $1800 that is absolutely worthless. I called the warranty company and was informed I had ten callers in front of me so I settled in for a long wait. Five minutes later my call was answered and I was told all of our problems with the Travel Lite were not covered. I was told the same thing the next day when I called. Save your money, do not buy an RV, they are all crap. You would be better off with a quality cargo trailer built to your own specs.

The generator start every time. The shower is a bit small. The king size bad is great. The 2 beds in the back makes room for a total of 6 people. So far so good! Had an issue with the happiJack system at first. The dealer fixed it and now they work all the time.
