Bought a 2021 Thor Tellaro 20LT in 2020 from a local dealer. We absolutely LOVED this machine. Everywhere we drove it people asked about it. Compact but spacious. Beautiful European cabinets. Coach is on RAM ProMaster 3500 Window Van. Fun and easy to drive. Solar panels. Fabulous bathroom w/shower. Excellent Truma Combi Furnace and Water Heater (Loved this feature). We drove it to Oklahoma and Wisconsin to see our Grandkids. So much better than trying to get a motel for the night. Drove through Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Teton National parks, then on up to Glacier and over to Mt. Rushmore. So comfortable and fun. Love this RV!

Thor like other American made RVs get a bad wrap but, our experience has been nothing but great!

DO NOT BUY THIS VAN. Everything is always breaking, rattling and falling apart. We haven’t even owned it for a year and our bed is broken, the table fell off, the blinds are falling off, the solar doesn’t work, the bálame gauge is always tripping up and not charging, and the cover for the stove fell off. Horrible customer service never call back and the lazy days we bought it from is even worse. They had it in for a month and they didn’t even take a look at it after we told them we needed it for an upcoming trip and they said it would be ready. Horrible, horrible quality for 116k.

The basic vehicle is great. Drives well. Holds the road. Unfortunately, there are too many features that are poorly designed. The dinette table is cheaply made, uneven and the extension brackets pull out of the delaminating table top. The pop-up sleeping tent is hard to open, hard to close and a good way to put your back out. Drawers come open while driving with no latching system. Too many meters and electric controllers, cryptic and hard to use. Why not ONE integrated controller for electric, gas, inverter, etc? Driver's seat hard to turn. The seat back must be positioned perfectly and the steering wheel pulled out of the way. Even then, it is stiff and difficult to turn. On the positive side, the bed is great. Love the bike rack. Cassette toilet much easier to use than anticipated. Easy to use propane off switch. HOPING THOR GETS THIS MESSAGE. THEY HAVE A POTENTIALLY DYNAMITE PRODUCT.
