Enjoyed we were able to see the country stop in different towns and cities . National parks even went to Sturgis for bike rally. Drives like a car , does not shake or rattle like a large RV. Park in a regular parking space. This Rv goes up the mountains with no problems even pulling a fiberglass trailer. It is very fuel efficient get anywhere from 14 to 16 miles per gallon.

In 2023 Thor placed the Magnitude SV 34 on an F 600 chassis. With the Ford 6.7 L Power Stroke and Torque Flight 10 speed transmission, the towing power, handling, and drivability of this unit is at the top of the Super C class. With over 3000 pounds of cargo carrying capacity and four-wheel-drive, this chassis will get you into a lot of places with the gear that you want to take with you while not having to change to a class A or B drivers license. The layout with your theater seats and dinette facing out the large window on the camping side is my favorite. There is ample kitchen space a nicely laid out bathroom and a nice large king bed. While there is room to sleep people over the bunk, I find this layout has been perfect for one to two people. The bill quality I found to be overall good on my unit and for the most part Thor has been good with warrant and support. After a six month shakedown., We did find multiple issues with our dealership, got fixed through the warranty. Some of the things included the kitchen counter was not attached properly, we did have issues with the slide and needing to have wiring replaced, the black tank flush had never been attached at the factory, and the rear shade had fallen off while we were traveling down the highway. Thor wanted to correct all the items except for attaching the black water flush which they said was wear and tear. After several discussions with the warranty department, they finally agreed to fix something that they never hooked up in the first place at the factory. I would give overall quality a higher score if it wasn’t for the slide system, which is a constant problem on this unit. Luckily, I have bought an extended warranty, which has paid for several more repairs on that slide unit since the factory warranty has run out. I love this unit and have not seen anything on the market that I would replace it with. Overall, the quality on my unit has been good and the livability has been excellent. I have been very pleased with my purchase.

Overall, we are very pleased with the unit so far. It has a great floor plan and we enjoy all of the appliances and kitchen layout. The bathroom and shower are thoughtful and very usable. We have had the usual "shake down" issues associated with newer units but are approaching 60 nights in it and 8,000 miles on it without any unexpected major setbacks. We have owned RVs for 30+ years and have had all types at one point or another. This is our third Class-A and the most expensive by far. Simply can't say enough good about the newer Freightliner chassis! The technology advances year on year are fantastic and make the unit far safer and drivable. Primary Complaints: Poor overall quality of construction of the coach and its assembly. The unit is thrown together far to fast and has little attention to detail. If Thor would enhance their build/assembly quality, they would kill the industry in this class and price range. Fuel milage is around 7mpg avg towing at 70-75mph. Yes, she has a drinking problem! We travel on business/pleasure 25-30k miles per year so we are more than simple passive owner-operator-campers with strong mechanical backgrounds and base our opinions on many different owned units, miles driven, and word of mouth conversations out on the road.

Bought this MB24 with 4000 miles on it… like new from elderly couple. Nice layout, quality of appliances and materials very good to good. Manufacturing workmanship horrible. I’m a retire automotive engineer 42 years working on design and quality issues on cars and truck globally… if we had built our vehicles like this we’d be out of business in a couple years… but this is the norm in the RV industry. I spent about a week going through the entire motorhome from under the chassis to under cabinets, slide out errors, pinched wires, missing rubber seals, missing screws, loose wood braces, missing caulking in bathroom shower, etc, etc. Fortunately I know about vehicles and I like all my vehicles in tip top shape so I’ve done this to every RV we’ve owned over the last 40 years… and this is why I know MOST of them are poorly built… regardless of brand. BUT they’re so handy and so much fun you have to have one! This Mercedes diesel is smooth, powerful, and quiet. The Audi system is terrible and wind noise of the Thor design (shoulders outside of driver and passenger doors) makes it very noisy inside. Domestic A/C unit works great to cool down the cabin but VERY NOISY and has a droning vibration that I haven’t figured out how to fix. I will likely never take this motorhome to the dealer since they usually come back more broke than fixed… just ask around to hear all the horror stories. Very nice interior design… TONS of storage for a small Class C that measure 25’ 8” tip to tail. You think build quality would be better for a unit that retails at $175,000! 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ But it’s all fixed up now and ready for some long trips so we’re hoping it will hold up for years. 🙏🏼🤞🏼

Within weeks of buying this brand new RV we began to regret our purchase. From the moment we brought it home things started to go wrong. Leaking water pipes, cracked side window, auto-leveling jacks leaking hydraulic fluid ... within the first 3 days we found seven significant defects/problems, and this is before we ever took it out to go RVing. It only got worse at the campsite. Auto-leveling system locked in the down position. We were stranded at the campsite for over a day until someone helped us figure out how to manually release the hydraulic fluid in the jacks. I could go on . . . multiple major issues kept us from every really enjoying the RV, and it spent more time in service than it did in our possession. I just ended up selling it to a dealer at a $40,000 loss. - Never buy a Thor!

The end result is that we are suing them, can you imagine a company that is so bad their customers have to sue them? Please do not buy an RV from one of their brands, do your research since they own a lot of the brands.
