I bought a brand new Thor motor coach, Mercedes sprinter van that Thor conversion is done so poorly and Thor themselves makes it impossible to get replacement parts. My van has been in the repair shop for over a year still waiting for parts and even then some of the parts that they repaired with are in worse condition than the broken Ones that came with the coach. It is an absolute disaster dealing with Thor motorcoach, and they’re cheap conversions biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent in my life. I highly regret buying a Thor motorcoach over a year and I’m still waiting for parts to be done. They ignore my calls and have not done anything. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they have not responded , the situation has caused so much stress in my life because I spent so much money on some thing I trusted because it was brand new with a big name like Thor motorcoach, which just means that they’re too big to care about their poor conversions and products and their warranty department is an absolute joke do not waste a penny trust me, you will regret it I would be happier, living out of a tent than their coaches that they sell Show less

I purchased my Thor motor coach Oct, 1st. 2020. The workmanship is of less than desirable quality. My first real trip was to Niagara Falls. When trying to let out the RV, it was stuck and we couldn’t let it all the way out nor all the way back in. We went to the nearest RV facility and the next, no one could help us. We ended up driving cross country very uncomfortably! When we got back to Florida in September, it took 3 months to get the RV fixed. We took the RV back in 2022 because the seals around the outside fridge was leaking causing the floor to be damaged! I was told this morning, 4-27-22 that it was out of warranty! We never used the outside fridge. So we will have to fix it ourselves. In the short time that we had the RV, we’ve had several problems including the generator, which we had to fix out of pocket in 2021. Save your money and don’t buy a Thor motor coach!!!!! I’d give it an overall 2 only because the interior is nice looking. Quality is lacking!!!! Show less

This has been a terrible experience. I wish i had listened to other reviews. Thor and General RV are terrible to work with. Van is missing screens, speakers, sewer hose. Fan is broken, drawers broken connect to hose broken. THOR continues to put off helping - the van is only 5 weeks old. Terrible customer support. I cannot wait to get rid of - waiting for FORD to start selling again. I strongly urge people do NOT buy! THOR is NOT going to give you what You PAID for Show less

The purchase of a thor quantum motor-home has been the worst mistake of my life i have owned it for 5 months and has been in the shop 4 times all for electrical issues ,had almost 300 mile on it when i took possession and it now has only 900 miles we camped in it 1 time and every time we have wanted to use it we have had problems ,contacted thor motor coach today and i was given no satisfaction in fact rodney the thor rep. My complaints were not that sever and i should let the dealership take care of the warranty issues ,we purchased this vehicle to take to texas for the winter ,bottom line i don't trust in to get me there and back ,i want a replacement or my money back . The price i payed ,the quality of the vehicle and the way i have been treated ,i would never buy a thor again Show less

The only thing good about this motor home was the price, at first we had no headlights, The sales and service providers are camping world, another bad choice, they stated it was a ford problem, $700 later, lights fixed, not a ford problem thor reimbursed half of it. So far, 2 and a half years owning this brand new motor home we have had to replace, a water pump, redo the water lines, replace mirror, thor covered this one,cd player, furnace squirrel cage, wiring for the headlights/taillights. There's more, I will spend more to get a quality product, I will be lucky to get any money one this thing since I have to get some more rewiring done, it has blown 2 switch boxes in 2 weeks, $350 each.
