Purchase this RV 6 months ago, we have been visiting Lazy Days in Knoxville a least 5 or 6 times due to quality issues, water heater breaking, toilet issues and other sort of issues since we purchased the RV. We purchased the unit from Lazy Days and they give us the impression that we are the problem.. A 100k investment should not have these kinds of issues so soon. We have not utilized this unit at a full capacity yet and we are drowning in issues without assistance from Lazt Days or Thor warranty department at all. I would not recommend anyone purchase an RV from Thor or Lazy Days. Customer Service is horrible. Show less

I have seen a lot of negative about the Quantum WS31. We have had our 2020 Quantum WS31 for just over 4 1/2 years. When we 1st bought it we did have a one time problem with the levelers. Thor techs were great and walked my husband through things to check. We did have to call a local tech to come to the RV park we were staying at to help. He was able to fix the problem and we had no further problems after this. I honestly cannot remember what it was. My husband taught me how to park it. After that we were off and with me doing 99% of the driving and parking. As my husband has tremors due to Parkinson's. We did a lot of mountain driving with a tow dolly pulling our Passat. No problems at all going up and down mountain roads or foothills. Plenty of power. We just had normal ware and tear on our Quantum. We did use our warranty for a few things with no problems. I will agree with complaints about Camping World. They were HORRIBLE to deal with both at dealer AND service end. I am shocked at the people that still deal with them. We ABSOLUTLY will no longer BUY or RECOMMEND business to them. As for THOR we have no complaints. This is just my 2 cents worth. Safe travels to all! Show less

The motorhome was well built and has been a pleasure to own. We find it very comfortable. The only thing I dislike about it is that the gas tank is too small. At 8 mpg you have to get fuel very often. It drives very well and is easy to setup. Show less

I have had nothing but trouble with the leveling system. The Radio and GPS system went out, I had to wait for several; months for a replacement during that time I called Thor and was treated like crap the gentleman I spoke to got mad and hung up on me after being very rude. I would never own another Thor product again. Show less

Class C new V8 has the power to get up and down mountain roads or just cruising highways. With new Smart drive handling system it handles great. Set the cruise at 63 and forget it. Averaged 10.2 MPG. The coach gets up and goes. Lot's or power. Show less

This Rv has been a nightmare! So regret. buying a Thor! It has leaked from shower and water appears in front of fridge. water comes out from under bed. Leveling constant trouble. Got stuck in up position one time and had to call mobile Rv to get down! Fridge quit, and had to replace! Ice maker does not work on new fridge after replacement! Leather flakes and peels after 3 years, horrible! Have replaced cushions on dinette and now replacing couch! Radio stops working and replaced said it had wiring shorts! Still problems with new replacement radio!B zone speakers no longer works! Bedroom in back is so tight, and uncomfortable. Tv on outside already has two lines running down screen. In shop for at least a year if totalled up all shop trips! Awning led lights already almost all burned out, short lifespan for led's! Six words for you, cheap, cheap, cheap, run, run, run! Show less

Worst quality I have ever seen on an RV! I full time in my 2019 WS31 Quantum. I have to say it is by far, the worst quality RV I have owned and my first new one. The woodwork and storage drawers, while looking nice doesn't seem to hold anything over a pound before the bottoms fall out! Plus, the drawer rails fall apart! Black water tank issues, because during assembly, they left the debris in the tank. Flooring issues near the holding tanks. Leveling jack issues continue. Most everything I have noticed on this RV has been due to the lack of any QA by Thor! I would expect better QA from this company! I have definitely learned my lesson on Thor products. Never again! This is a follow up review from 1/22/18. The motorhome continues to remain in the shop at the dealership it was purchased at since 12/22/18. Continue to question myself on why did I purchase this Thor motorhome?? I have used this motorhome on 6 camping trips and it has been returned to shop at least 4 times for quality issues. Looks like a part for MH will not be in for at least 2 more weeks. Need I say more on why I would not purchase ANY RV that Thor manufactured at their plants? It is obvious that this motorhome was not 1 of the 15 that I have been told that's pulled for inspection. Why is EVERY motorhome not inspected when completed at the plants?? Unbelievable!! Show less

Wrote a review on 8/3/17 concerning quality problems from the Thor factory. The motorhome continues to have problems. Left at dealership of purchase 2 to 3 more times for issues since the 8/3 review. Issues such as water leaks on awning side inside large locker at back, water leaks in bathroom and also on wall near fridge. Many more issues that I would like to discuss with Thor. Spoke with a lady from Thor in Sept of 2017. No satisfaction from her. Would someone from Thor contact me as the motorhome has been in the shop since 12/22/17. This is unbelievable that a new motorhome left the Thor factory like this. Who is responsible for Quality Control at Thor?? Show less

Bought this unit from a dealership in Saskatchewan. When we first purchased this unit it went through the first camp without issue. 2nd trip the awning retracted half way and blew the #7 fuse. The slide wouldn't retract either. The fuse panel turned out to be wired incorrectly and the awning wiring should have been in the # 8 fuse position. Discovered a pile of garbage, screws, wiring, sunflower seeds and sawdust behind the fuse panel and water pump. Where is quality control on clean up at the factory? Developed a water leak after the ice maker was turned on.The rear area of the slide has cut the vinyl flooring as it was glued down improperly and puckered. The 40" TV bracket had the support screws falling out as they were screwed into 1/4" plywood that offered absolutely no support and when the unit is driven the vibration wiggled 3 out of 4 screws loose, also found the upper valance and wall area at the front slide smashed and part of the actual plywood wall hanging loose by the wall paper.....come on Thor!! Some of the finish on the cabinet doors where scratched and streaked. Some of the cabinet cross members were cracked as they obviously never predrilled screw holes in the hardwood. What is going on with factory quality control? We are trying to fix these issues under warranty, but I can only find one place in all of Manitoba that will consider fixing any issues. The dealer is over 8 hours away if I have to take it back to Saskatchewan. They (the dealership) have been great with contacting Thor and authorizing the work but to have all these quality issues come after purchasing this unit is ridiculous $140,000 bucks for me and my wife to clean up their messes. The screws, dust, dirt and garbage shows how they care about their product. I've bought my first and last Thor Motor Coach, ever!!!! It's to bad because I love the looks and feel of driving a "C" Class, but after this one, it will never be a Thor again! Show less
