Love the mileage and the comfortable ride! Interior is attractive and conveniently arranged. Great storage inside and out--even can stow my mobility scooter (in four parts) in the outside bays and still have room for folding chairs, a table, a rug, and tools! The only downside for us is that the step to the bedroom and the step to get into bed have become difficult to negotiate as my handicap has gotten worse. Have had it for four years and have had no problems other than the steps, which wouldn't bother someone who doesn't have mobilty issues--no need for repairs or contact with factory support. Very nice wonderful ride and handling. Fuel mileage is 17 to 24 has diesel engine.The inside is well designed.The only con is the shower is small.This has generator which is nice if you are not near electric. Show less

WE LOVE THE MERCEDES CHASSIS BUT THE THOR IS VERY POOR QUALITY. THE FIRST DAY WE HAD IT THE STEP WOULD NOT OPERATE, THEY REPLACED IT BUT STILL DOES NOT OPERATE PROPERLY. THE COUCH DRAWER WILL NOT STAY CLOSED. THE SLID E OUTS CAME APART EXTERIOR. MY HUSBAND HAD TO REBUILD. IT HAD A LEAK UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK BECAUSE THE FITTINGS WERE NOT TIGHT. HAD TO REPLACE ALL THE LATCHES ON THE DRAWER BECAUSE THEY BROKE. THE BATHROOM SINK IS RUSTING. THE BIG PROBLEM IS THE SEATS AND COUCH ARE PEALING AND THE FACTORY KNOWS THEY HAVE A PROBLEM BUT WILL NOT HELP. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THOR. CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO NOT HAVE. BY THE WAY THIS COACH IS GARAGE KEEP AND HAS ONLY 3900 MILES. IT HAD 1500 WHEN WE BOUGHT IT NEW. Show less

After purchase, I had quite a punch list of things that needed to be fixed - little stuff, mostly - detector failed, backsplash fell off, faucet leaked, door insert and weatherstripping crooked leaving gap, Shore cord started to come apart. No problem with service or warranty coverage and it was fine afterwards. There were some quality issues like overcuts and why was the door crooked leaving quite a gap and the power cord started to come apart? Compared to other RVs I have had, this was poor quality control. But once those things were fixed, I had no other problems for 2 years including quite a few miles and enjoyed the vehicle. Sprinter drove well but I traded because of high maintenance costs with the diesel. I probably would not buy Thor again just because of all the things that needed fixing out of the gate. Show less

After 10 MH this is my worst it leaks, trouble with toilet, drain valve leaked ( they left drill hole pieces in tank ) door step cover blew off, hot water only works on electric, drawer under sofa flies open, no hangers for towels, SS sink has warped, awning screeches, must reset house door frequently.tv's are stationary, warranty help is non existent, Really sad they can sell this quality at such a high price.
