I’ve owned rvs since 1982, I bought the autumn ridge for a retirement camper. This is the worst camper I have ever owned. Continuos water leak problems with water lines, hard rain comes in through air conditioner. I have brought it back to dealer twice and I’m still having problems. Cheap tape on cabinets is pealing off. These trailers are built with scraps I think. The people who put them together have got to be ignorant or just don’t care. Workmanship is pathetic. As soon as I got it home we realized the roof had a severe kink in it on the roof. Back to dealer. Leaks have been a major problem and have been brought back to dealer for these. Every time I have taken it out something else goes wrong. Knowing that the company won’t admit it’s a piece of junk and the warranty is expired now. I’m stuck with a piece of junk. I will never purchase another camper of any brand they manufacture because they will probably be junk too. They won’t print this email so everyone can see the garbage they produce but I will always advise potential buyers not to purchase any brand that they produce. What happened to American craftsmanship. This company should be ashamed of the quality of work they put out. It is literally junk. If you have the guts to email me back please don’t hesitate. Day 1 of our first camping trip with our new RV Trailer we had 2 electrical outlets that did not function. Wire Insulation was not removed. Wire terminations were hooked up in outlet with insulation coating unremoved. No continuity / conduct electricity as a result. Very cheaply made. There's no quality controll. I purchased a 2019 retro white water. i 6beleive was the 177 series. The first time i took a shower i found approximately 1/4 inch of water on the bathroom floor. A o ring was busted in the Drain. Which probably came like that from the factory. Since the trailer was new.I took it back to the dealer and traded it back in for a kodiak cub.( jury is still out on this one) I would avoid these ( RETROS) trailers at all cost!! I was told 90 percent of them leak when they come from the factory. Good Luck. Show less

Purchased new and have been using the camper very extensively. Very please with the build quality and the attention to detail one rarely sees in this class of camper. No issues, except we left the awning out one night and a windstorm blew up, but that was our fault. have spent a total of over 80 days in the unit and only thing we have upgraded was the king size bed mattress. Quite happy with Cruzer Radiance line. Show less

Purchased new and have been using the camper very extensively. Very please with the build quality and the attention to detail one rarely sees in this class of camper. No issues, except we left the awning out one night and a windstorm blew up, but that was our fault. have spent a total of over 80 days in the unit and only thing we have upgraded was the king size bed mattress. My first experience towing this was how much it swayed for a little camper. I thought it was tire pressure but turned out it was a missing nut and two finger tight nuts on the left side shackle on the axle. This happend the day before my vacation. The refrigerator on the gas side burns so hot and has no clearance that the wood starts to burn. They installed duct tape in the compartment without taking frige out. I had no hot water because ignitor did not work on hot water tank. Water leaks from fittings on tank not tight. Wires just dangling under the sink with huge holes in wall for the wires to come out. Spilt wood on frames that hold seat cushions. The roof has staples and a lot of staples I might add protruding underneath the membrane. Don't even bother with contacting anyone just try to figure out how to fix it yourself then get rid of this. Instead of Starcraft I have nicknamed it Starcrap. Show less
