We bought a 2016 StarCraft Launch 26RLS in January 2016. This is absolutely, without a doubt, the biggest piece of junky trash we have ever wasted money on. There were issues from day 1, starting with non-working awning lights that took 6 weeks to have fixed due to the dealership refusing service after the sale. It was a simple fix that shouldn’t have been overlooked to begin with. It seemed alright until the warranty ran out. After that, it was 1 problem after another. The DVD player quit working. The water connection was having to constantly be worked on due to leaks. The awning CAME OFF while my husband was driving down the road. As in, it ripped completely off, taking the rails & all. So much for the awning lights, right? The toilet leaked. A side window latch broke off. Water heater quit working. The side shelves on either side of the bed came loose & had to be fastened back up. The cabinet between the 2 chairs came apart & had to be fastened back together. The chairs themselves started peeling. Had to keep them covered to hide it. Did I mention the constant issues with leaks? Because the latest issue was when the bed collapsed. When my husband went underneath to see why this happened & how he could repair yet another problem with this trash, he found that the front wall (on the tow end) was a soggy mess. Apparently, it’s been leaking from the outside the entire time we owned this brand spanking new travel trailer. I was so excited to get this camper. And it’s been nothing but a major disappointment. They should be ashamed of this shoddy, pathetic workmanship. This was a complete & total waste of hard earned money. We will NEVER buy another one of their products.

We have really enjoyed our star Craft Launch Ultra Lite 28BHS. Quality, floor plan, pulls behind our Ford Expedition excellent. Was actually pleasantly surprised with how well it stays insulated in the winter time as well as Cooling in the summertime. It has the Four Season package which is an insulated floor, Bruce, and all double payne windows. Absolutely love the LED lighting and is very bright. Storage is comfortable and surprisingly more than expected. The wheels and tires look great and have a load range C capacity then, which is great. Overall very pleased.

Tons of storage and very happy with our 2015 Starcraft Launch.

I notified Woody's RV world where i bought it and because of covid i could not take it in to get replaced. Now i am able to take it but the warranty is up and it is 2121 and neither the extended warranty i purchased wont cover it and starcraft says there is nothing they can do. So here i am making payments on a broken trailer. For the record it was not on gravel roads.

It was simple and easy to tow with a weight distribution hitch you didn’t really know it was there. The livability was nice and the quality that was put into it was much better then other we looked at. I had friends that bought others and they had problems after problems and we didn’t have any problems at all. The jack beds in the rear are amazing and makes for extra storage and having the extra entrance straight into the bathroom amazing, no need to walk all the way through the camper to use it when you are enjoying the outdoors. Excellent camper and brand.

The shower leaked and was not secure. The door between the bathroom and bedroom flopped around during travel as you could not secure it. Over all quality was not what I expected as we had owned a 2014 model that was far superior to the 2016.

Overall the Ultra Lite is a highly efficient trailer with very low cost of operation including TV, HD antennas with dozens of free channels depending on location.

My husband and I purchased this RV new in 2018. It is our first experience with an RV. We planned to live in while building a new home.
It was exciting to have that first RV, so we initially traveled a bit in it (mostly in/around the state of Texas). It is easy enough to tow, set up and break down. We do have a weight distribution/sway control hitch for it.
The issues that we've had with the RV have been very minor.
a. We recently discovered that one of the tires is wearing unevenly. A bit of research revealed that the culprit is most likely a dragging brake.
b. We did have a water leak during heavy rains and determined that a small amount of caulk would fix the problem.
c. The "eyebrows" (trim) over the tires/wheels are a bad design and have cracked and broken loose. We were able to fix those with some extra washers.
d. The interior window coverings are not a great design.
My other negative comments on the RV are that the bathroom is very small but functional. Kitchen counter space is almost non-existent making it very difficult to accomplish minor items like cutting and peeling veggies, etc. Windows do not fit tightly so dust is a constant issue in the RV.
On the positive side, this unit has a decent sized refrigerator and microwave. A TV was included with the unit. We like the rear living with the two rocking chairs.
Overall, we have enjoyed owning the RV and think that it was a good and reasonably priced first RV.

First camper purchase and last. Have had nothing but issues since we bought it. Shower bottom was never even caulked, shower stalls looked like a hair was stuck on it but after trying to wipe it off discovered the whole shower wall is cracked all the way thru. We bought thus to stay in while building and have had to take it in for repairs twice already. We have not even had it a month. The hot water tank has went out twice, the hacks underneath were so cheap that the first time we set it up, they collapsed. We are really considering the lemon law on this one. Bought it at Camping World in Oklahoma. Very disappointed, would stay away from thus one. By the way..thus was brand new on the showroom floor when we bought it three weeks ago.
