I bought a Forest River Shockwave toyhauler at Camping World, Mesa , AZ Jan 3,2023. It's been a disaster ever since. Paperwork was wrong. They force you to finance or price goes up because they don't get kickback from finance co. Walk through person didn't know crap about unit I bought so took 2 1/2 hrs. Retiring so want to spend some time in AZ to get away from mtn weather in CO. (-20 in Dec-Jan) Took unit to AZ campsite and 1 st 4 nights heater wouldn't restart in middle of night (low 40's). Some trim (3 pieces) fell off during drive to campsite but I fixed that. Drove 2 1/2 hrs back to dealer to have heater repaired and it's been there ever since. Few updates and little help from Forest River warranty people. Camping World people are for the most part a joke (think used car salesman and I'm sorry to the car salesmen because that is an insult to them). One service guy has been very helpful, but I think gets no help from management. Once they have your money you are screwed. Stay far, far, far away from Camping World and Forest River.
