Great Quality RV.. This Signature model seems to be of a Higher quality than other Riverstones. I loved the big windows that gave the illusion it was even more spacious. Loved the hidden storage areas, and the sitting area with fireplace in the Bedroom. I also loved the spacious laundry area that housed a nice size washer and dryer, and area to store laundry.

We purchased our Riverstone Legacy 442MC in September 2024. So far we have only had some minor issues. We had sold our home and decided to go full time so we went into the purchase knowing that we would have to treat it as a home and deal with any issues that came up on our own. It would be unrealistic to let a dealer sit on our rig for weeks or months to make a repair as we live in it. We haven't done a lot of towing yet but what we have done has been excellent. It tows great with triple axle and disc brakes. So far the BM Pro control system has worked extremely well with no real issues. The unit came with three heat pump AC units which was awesome for our first winter. A couple of fit and finish issues which we were able to correct ourselves. The manufacturer did use flex tubing in a few places which I am going to replace with PEX-A soon. Flex tubing is a no no and they know it, they do it for cost savings as there is no entity that can tell them not to. The wiring could be a bit more tidy. DRV does an excellent job at this. Riverstone not so much, it's a bit sloppy but functional. We do have a very small leak in the bedroom slide which has damaged the bed headboard. The headboard is decorative and made of paper fiber board so about three drops of water will ruin it. We plan to strip it out this Spring and install a nice solid wood panel headboard after we seal the leak. Overall we are pleased with our purchase so far. if Riverstone would clean up their wiring and get rid of flex tubing, they would really help their brand for a very little cost increase. So far we haven't had to warrantee anything but I am suspicious that it won't be a just a walk in the park to get done. We shall see. Make us proud Riverstone when we come calling!

My 2022 Riverstone Legacy fully loaded 42FKSG Refrigerator cabinets don’t allow doors to fully open. Poor engineering. Refrigerator not put in level. Passthrough doors don’t align which allows water leaks. Screen door latch is not installed properly, therefore won’t allow screen door to stay closed AC drain on roof has multiple cracks allowing the condensation to run down the side of the walls and leak into the poorly aligned pass throughs. Crown molding has gaps in the corner Wall treatment has bulges in the seems In todays world where do you find a TV that isn’t a “smart” TV. Well the good folks at Riverstone must have salvaged a slow boat from china and found a bunch, because neither the bedroom or outside tv has “smart” capabilities… Can I add that, via rocu or other. Sure. Should I have tooooooooooooo. The passthrough latches are an off brand that you can’t replace with combination locks. Everyone that has ever had, or ever will have a key, has a key to your storage. Microwave doors and main firefly panel doors don’t open all the way so you have to shut them in order to get by. You can’t add any additional switches to the Firefly system even though they are nothing more than remote controls. There are no light switches on either side of the bed, so, if you want to turn on a light in the middle of the night you have to get out of bed and go to the entry door. You can, However, search around in the dark, find your phone turn it on go to the app and activate the lights via cellphone. Very convenient. The exterior running lights were not removed during the full body painting so when you change the lights to a system that works, vs the one the manufacturer chooses, the primer shows through. Windows only open about 2”, generally useless for air flow A flimsy and ineffective cover was placed over the generator. I’m not sure why they bothered installing anything since the cover serves no apparent purpose and it has all the rigidity of a paper towel. Screen door should open in, not out. Without any regard for customer aftermarket needs on products that Riverstone doesn’t sell, Forest River installed a Firefly System that will not allow the most popular inverter on the market to be installed and work the air conditioning system. The Firefly system doesn't allow upgrades or workarounds. The customer service from Firefly is non-existent and Forrest Rivers' answer is the same. NO ONE in the chain wants to address the problem. All parties state that the other party's product is inferior and beneath their product. The end user then ends up with a system that won’t work and no work around. If I could tear the system out and start with manual switches I’d do it. Would Riverstone fix most of the problem. Maybe. All I have to do is give the coach to a Forest River dealer for 2-3 months and they will decide what is warranty and what isn’t. They give you a warranty they know full well they will never have to deal with and if they do have to service the rig it will be done at their convenience at their facility. They will not allow a on-site tech to come out unless the tech is from the dealer. I have not been able to find a dealer that offers on site service. At least that is true in Texas. REMEMBER, if you order one of these the price you are quoted and given a written purchase agreement for is VERY likely NOT the price you will pay when the 6 months+ has passed and the rig is available for delivery. Mine was 15k more than the signed purchase agreement. Their attitude was take it or leave it. I LOVE MY DEALER. I want that to be clear. He has done everything he can to accommodate me. The problem is the manufacturer… They just don’t give a shit.
