I loved the floor plan, I found it roomy. I didn't care for the high kitchen table bench and chairs but i got used to it. Fabulous kitchen with lots of cabinets, acceptable walk around bedroom with a good size dresser. The bathroom is great but the fan does not have a switch on the wall. You need to get a stool and reach up to turn it on when you need to circulate air. The Structure was awful. I had issues with the door. The outside gas valve leaked after 6 months. The decor was very cheaply put together. The walls had lots of staples and some staple holes were filled in. The bathroom sink molding separated; the electric came with no USB's working. Some overhead lights didn't work because of wiring passing through the large slide became loose while in transit. It took over 2 years for Campers Inn NH to take care of the work because Prime would not reimburse them. It is now may 2023 and Campers Inn Still has not fixed the USBs despite them telling me they will. (Last communication was sept of 2022) Overall. I love the layout but I need to keep up with the short comings and poor construction. I am able to do this because i read all the issues so many people had and how they fixed or delt with them. The larger Dealers like to talk about their fantastic warranties but that is false. Beware and read. NO Dealership will fully honor a factory warrantee and extended warrantees without hassles and outright refusing to repair an issue. I have the documentation to prove it. It will be a few good years before i have to purchase my 3rd RV. Because of the drastic decline in quality i will know what to beware of. Show less

Day 1 of our first camping trip with our new RV Trailer we had 2 electrical outlets that did not function. Wire Insulation was not removed. Wire terminations were hooked up in outlet with insulation coating unremoved. No continuity / conduct electricity as a result. The quality control inspection team must have called in sick while our trailer was in process. Very cheaply made. There's no quality controll. I purchased a 2019 retro white water. i 6beleive was the 177 series. The first time i took a shower i found approximately 1/4 inch of water on the bathroom floor. A o ring was busted in the Drain. Which probably came like that from the factory. Since the trailer was new.I took it back to the dealer and traded it back in for a kodiak cub.( jury is still out on this one) I would avoid these ( RETROS) trailers at all cost!! I was told 90 percent of them leak when they come from the factory. Good Luck. Show less

Purchased new and have been using the camper very extensively. Very please with the build quality and the attention to detail one rarely sees in this class of camper. No issues, except we left the awning out one night and a windstorm blew up, but that was our fault. have spent a total of over 80 days in the unit and only thing we have upgraded was the king size bed mattress. Quite happy with Cruzer Radiance line. Show less
