We bought a brand new unit from Camping World and it was horrible from the start. It was in their shop more than with us. Forrest River makes garbage! Our $65,000 fifth wheel had torch cut holes in the frame and squirrels and mice got in it and ruined it. It was sitting on Camping worlds lot for almost 2 months to be sealed up better and more mice got in and got into the ceiling and urinated and pooped everywhere. We did not even want it back. They pretty much told us, sue us then. Who has that kind of money to sue a big company like them. They gave us $24,000 on a camper we paid $65,000 for 2 years earlier. I urge people to stay clear of Camping world and Forrest River products. They are both garbage companies, Not to mention Forrest river denied all plausibility from the very start. They pretty much told us the same thing, sue us if your not happy.

My husband and I had a great idea for the summer. Let's drive to alaska! We live in Florida, in January we started looking for a truck camper. We fell in love with the palomino hs2912, because of the sundeck. We were looking for a used one to fit our budget. We located one in Arkansas, so we drove up with a trailer and bought the 2022 HS2912. We immediately started adding personal touches for our 4500 mile adventure. We departed Florida on may 17th. I can't begin to guess the number of compliments we have received. Every time we stop (fuel, camping, etc.) someone asks us about our camper. We LOVE it!!! We arrived in alaska on June 18th. Thank you palomino!!

LOVE this fifthwheel! I have had a few lemons and lack luster RVs in the past, but this is not one of them. Best RV for the money and easily one of the most livable units I have found. Comparable to group facilities found in a large toyhauler, but with more refined living space and better comfortability. I love the easy of set up with auto level, wet bay access and easy, as well as quick breakdown. Slide systems are quality along with almost everything else I have seen. I did a ton of research on how to find quality for this purchase and this RV scored super high on my list. I have owned over a year now with no regrets! Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

This RV is awesome! I have owned it for several years after having some not so great starter rigs. I did tons of research before buying, but that really didn't prepare me for how much I would love owning the Columbus 374BH. Quality and style are rarely found together, but Palomino definitely did this one right. I full timed for a few months in it with a family of seven and we found it a very comfortable fifth wheel in spite of our large group size. I would buy this rig again 10 times before I ever looked elsewhere.

Bought a new truck camper and it has been nothing but trouble!.. The day after bringing it home it rained and the front window leaked and water was everywhere… Called Wagner’s Outdoor Express (Dealer) and they told me to bring it back, but it was 756 miles round trip.. Dealer gave me the ok to fix the problem myself and the seal all around the window had gaps that you could stick a pencil through on the inside and see it on the outside.. Bought a tube of windshield caulk and used the whole tube on the inside, they didn’t put enough on at the factory and never did a pressure test…I sent Palomino an email and this nut tried to talk down on me until I let him have it and the dealer told me to quit sending him emails and he would argue with me... Got past that problem and one of the heads on the electric jacks had water coming out the bottom.. I took the top off and it was rusted and full of water.. Dealer sent me a new one.. First time out camping and water leaking in the floor.. Looked around the pump and a waterline fitting was loose.. The next day the awning came loose from the side of the camper because they didn’t put the self tapping screws in the camper frame, they just screwed them in the fiberglass.(lol).. Camper came with a 12-volt TV but the screen went black in 3 days.. I know some campers black water tanks are made to hold a little water after dumping, but not so much that it shows 3/4 full after dumping.. Put a snake camera down after vacuuming it dry with an old shop vacuum and the pipe that drains from the tank is too high… I’m sure I’ll have a lot more problems too! Palomino is the worst campers and I would never buy one again.. I don’t recommend Palomino to anyone and I hope they go out of business!… The warranty is a joke just like the whole company.. DO NOT BUY!!

This fifth wheel has been phenomenal for me! Very high quality, real wood interior with linoleum floor. The craftsmanship is exceptional and has withstood the test of time. Appliances are residential size as well with a full sized kitchen, not the smaller fridges/ovens/microwaves you find in most models. This is great for living in for extended periods. The living room with slides out is ample space, I've even placed a 5ft Christmas tree inside for the holidays! My wife and I have created a lifetime of memories in this trailer and unfortunately have to get rid of it because of life style changes. The bedroom has extreme amounts of storage for a full his/hers wardrobe. There's a 10 gallon water heater compared to the average 6 gallon heater, lots of hot water for normal showers and doing dishes, never worry about running into cold water while showering again! We mounted a TV in the outside storage for outside grilling and viewing. The TV and wall mounts come with the trailer! Make an offer today! The price is very negotiable, schedule a tour today!

We bought this RV as a non-current model from our local dealers existing stock. We love the layout and find the quality of the build high compared to other brands that we looked at. We had some issues with the glass shower door track leaking, this was a common issue with this type of door and was quickly resolved by our dealer. Part of the issue was related to having the trailer spot on level due to the east west shower layout. Speaking of the shower, this is one of the features we love about the Solaire line, nice big showers with a seat. We love the outdoor fridge and induction cooktop with a nice size counter included. We had an issue with the TV and the power antennae the first time we used the trailer, the TV was replaced, and the antennae issue resolved by our dealer with no issue. We are currently working with our dealer on trading up to the 258RBSS because we have moved up in canine size and need a little more room. I feel a lot of the support issues that are written about are dealer related, we have had great support from our local dealer and are not hesitant at all to buy this brand again.
