All new LEDS. Tons of storage and extras being included with camper & truck. Need to sell Both together. 2013 Chevy Silverado 3/4 ton Dually with only 70K miles! 6 liter Vortex engine. I paid $34k, selling for $32,000. Truck valued at $24, Camper at $8K. Sweet set up for you...

We bought a 2023 NuCamp 620 Cirrus and have had many issues. Nothing but problems and we will not be considering getting this brand ever again. We bought ours in July 2024 (even though it's a 2023 it was "brand new") and have had nothing but issues. First the window over the bed was leaking inside the walls and eventually the wallpaper started getting rippled and bubbling. We took it back to the dealer where we bought it and they did a major hack job on our brand new unit trying to fix it. We were livid. So NuCamp said they would fix it right. We had to drive over an hour from home to drop it off in Sugarcreek OH. They had it for a while and supposedly fixed it but when we went to pick it up (another over hour drive) we found a few things they did not fix so they had to keep it again. This time when it was fixed they had someone drive it to our house and drop it off. That was November 2024. Now the fix they did to the window leak over the bed is peeling off and there is evidence of more leaking inside, the awning sporadically doesn't go all the way out, the jack remotes don't work anymore without being plugged in and only one works when plugged in. The awning LED's have a number of lights burned out. It has just been one disappointment after another!
Our battery has also been very strange, not charged at times when it has been in the sun for days, and now I'm wondering if it's a solar panel issue, after reading about experiences others have been having. I have pictures if anyone would like to see them. Paul D. Kasper
This is supposed to be a superior quality unit and it's definitely not. Also not cheap! We bought brand new because we didn't want to deal with these kinds of issues. And customer service is also not good. #nucamprv #cirrus620 nuCamp

Support: Good and Bad. They specialize in teardrops and don't seem to know much about the 620 Truck Camper.

Well built but in an effort to be "different" and support their high price they have created a high maintenance product. If you don't mind the time and expense of taking it to a "qualified" RV dealer then I would recommend it. The heating system they use (Alde) in all their units works well "when it works" and in the 620 they installed it in such a way you have to remove the range top to do something as simple as change a fuse, etc. It was a great concept for a short-bed truck but the execution failed.

We owned this camper for 11 years and used it all over the western USA and Canada. Purchased it in Alaska when our new Airstream trailer self destructed on the AlCan Hwy and drove it home to AZ. We would still have it but, the only draw back, is that it high off the ground and we are in our late 70's and worried about falling, coming close a few times. I would highly recommend this camper to anyone. We had virtually no trouble with this camper in the 11 years we owned it. The new owners were amazed at the fact that it looked brand new in and out. The factory was always helpful with any questions we had or if we needed a part from them. Not a thing bad to say about this camper. Don't think that many people can say that about an RV! Buy one and have some great adventures with it, we certainly did! You won't regret it.

I love the Bigfoot, my camping trip in Colorado in June I woke up to 6" of snow. The Bigfoot was so well insulated I didn't get cold or even wake up. Once you need up the suspension on your truck the Camper drives fine. I did a new set of Bilstein shocks and a pair of Timbren rubber bump stops and I traveled the speed limit even in high winds. I had to get use to people wanting to look inside, the auto response was it's so big inside. I can't think of a shortcoming except it's limited to 4 people. Great quality after 15 years it still looks new.
