Has held up very well for its age with just the basic maintenance. Outside still looks bright white. Only wash with water. Some decal fading on one side. Microwave stopped working. Everything else good. Only use it with hydro and water provided by park so never used battery or water pump. I bought it used. This was a great RV and we really enjoyed it!! I found the RV to have everything needed to have a wonderful camping experience!!We also found it to be well built. Pulling it was easy to do with only 3900 lbs and 19 foot long. Show less

lite weight, tows great, roomy, solar panel recharges which allows me dry camp for long periods of time. It has been very well maintained, very clean. Selling only because circumstances have changed otherwise I would keep it. Its been so good to me all these years. I hope someone will be good to it and enjoy like I have. Beats sleeping on the floor of a tent or feeling the heat/cold in a canvas tent trailer. Show less

Buyer beware manufacturer does not fix anything that goes wrong with the trailer water damage from my trailer dealer wouldn't fix and Northland would not step up to fix cabinets Walls Flooring nothing do not buy this brand of trailer or anything from this company brand new trailer 2016 piece of garbage Show less

I went searching to see who makes Northland after watching a youtube video about this family's adventures. While they are a happy crew, I was astonished at two things that amaze me. First, their unit was sold with tires that had three blow out, and I mean blow out because they were not the right tires for this unit. They have replaced them with upgraded American tires. That was bad enough. But then it turned out their suspension was missing a centering pin that is supposed to hold the axles in alignment! WHAT?!! How does a company manage to screw up items that are so critical to the safety of their customers. Well, I must guess that they simply don't care. Show less

This trailer is well built and will last forever. The fiberglass smooth sides looks new even after 18 years. It has that solid feel throughout the entire camper. I have gotten many compliments on the layout too. Love the slide out. Show less

Problem with slide and pully system . The slide decor falls off when traveling. The dump splashes on you when uou open the valve to put on hose. The leveling system sucks.we regret buying. Now stuck for years while paying it off. Show less
