After years of researching we chose Nexus RV because of it's value, what we wanted in an RV, and customer service. Working with a small company gave us peace of mind that we wouldn't be just a "check" to someone. You know, "we've got your $$ now go away". We were able to get what we wanted inside and outside our RV. We've also been able to upgrade things that we wanted / needed but were unable to get. We had our questions answered and issues addressed even after we've had our 2022 Ghost for awhile (2+ yrs and 34+ miles) . Have we had issues? Of course! Show me an RV owner who hasn't. It's the nature of the beast. Nexus RV works hard for it's customers. I'm very proud to be the Passenger Princess of a Ghost Super C rolling down the highway. I know my husband is extremely proud to be driving it. Thanks Nexus RV!

When we picked our unit up, there was no controller for our front TV and it took nine months and numerous phone calls to get one. When we picked our unit up, there was no controller for our front TV and it took nine months and numerous phone calls to get one. We had issues with the tile coming off in kitchen and bathroom, the Nexus Rep told us to get some glue. Our dealer in Wisconsin Kunes was absolutely useless. We made an appointment and got a date to bring it in. I called ten days later and was told it hadn’t even been worked on, so we took a ride up to get some items we needed. Our coach was in a unsecured lot with nothing locked up. When we asked when they would be working on it, they told us they’d try to work in it n a few days. So why did we have an appointment. I called the nexus rep and were told that they don’t have control over their dealers. Wow We had numerous same problems that we finally fixed ourselves. We decided to sell it and purchased a different brand.
