We bought this trailer used, about 3 years old. Had some issues with it and the dealer finally fixed them and I fixed the rest. It looked new at that point. One thing though that I have now is the decals are peeling everywhere on the trailer. The dealer and KZ will do nothing accept charge me over $100.00 for more decals as well as trying to get them is a real pain through KZ. My trailer looks 10 years old now. As they peel I tried reheating to stick them back on but to no avail. Still come un-stuck. Cheap quality. I have started taking them completely off now. This is my 4th travel trailer and never had this issue ever! Sad, as it is a decent trailer otherwise. Extremely poor support from KZ. Will never buy one again. Never! Show less

overall happy with camper. the refridgerator seems to put out a lot of heat.hot air comes out of the sides and top of the unit. makes camper hard to cool down. is the unit suppose to put out so much heat when working.? is there a wrap that can be installed to hold back the heat.? will this be a safety problem for the unit to over heat and cause a fire.? So the first night out the valance over the bed fell on our heads. Routinely screws just fall out. Though it fits our needs, very disappointed in the workmanship. It’s been easy to tow and comfortable in our trip across country but we worry what will fail next Show less

Poor quality, Roof trusses have caved in at AC location on roof!! No warranty as second owner and apparently the RV is not meant to last more than 6 years!! Everything is loose and falling apart!! Poor craftsmanship!! Buyer BEWARE!!!! Show less

I like that the living room is spacious and that the kitchen is separate from the living room. Didn’t have it for a month and one of the kitchen chairs broke. The microwave had to be replaced. This year we had to have the furnace repaired and it is only a year old. The piece of wall above the slide out is buckling. I think it is stupid that when you walk into the bedrooms to turn the light on the first switch is the slide out button not the light switch. The camper is on a permanent spot so the only time you have to use the slide outs is in the spring and fall. I don’t like that if you want the light on above the sink you have to turn all the lights on in the living area. The table must just be painted to look like wood because it is wearing off. Don’t get me wrong, I really do like the camper there are just somethings that should have been done differently. Show less
