Kodiak Cub Travel Trailers - Teardrop reviews

This was the worst purchase I ever made. Everything that can go wrong has almost gone wrong. Its barely over a year old so we will see. Fireplace replaced, going on our 3rd fridge, 3rd water heater, 2nd rear stabilizer, 2nd front stabilizer, 5 different water leaks (summer), cab door not closing, AC leaking, hub fell off. There is more but whats the point. Kodiak Dutchmen is garbage. Stay away from this company. Its the cheapest thing imaginable. I am pretty sure the workers that built this hate human beings and want to see us harmed, its that treacherous. Fortunately we purchased the extended warranty 3rd party North Star who have been great and it paid for itself entirely 1 month after the 12 months manufacturer warranty expired. We have the full warranty until 2031. I dont know how the warranty company can stay in business covering Kodiak as every time we even look outside the window at this garbage made Kodiak Dutchmen something breaks. I just looked at it and I think the gas tanks fell off now. Gotta go. Show less

We own this rv and it wonderful. The previous reviewer is wrong. The fireplace is wonderful. It will warm entire rv we never used heater in Texas. The pantry does not float it is strong and connected perfectly to wall. Weve really enjoyed this rv. Have had no issues Show less

BOUGHT MINE 2 MONTHS AGO. TOOK ON SECOND TRIP AND WATER HEATER BLEW OUT, WATER PUMP IS INOP AND AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE ITH INITIAL HOOK UP. NEVER EXCEEDS 35-40 PSI. DENIED HEATER REPAIRS BUT NOT THE CHEAP WATER PUMP...WTF? 2 MONTHS OLD, HOW WOULD THIS NOT BE COVERED. MY FIFTH TRAILER OVER 20 YEARS. TERRIBLE COMPANY OVERALL DEFINATELY STAY AWAY Show less

Bought coach October 2021!! We had a Thor Wanderer and no issues! Disappointed in this Travel Trailer!!!!So many issues. Refrigerator is not cold enough for long travel in hot weather. Have a 27 inch battery! Came with a 24 which is silly!!Radio in the coach just died randomly! The sink underneath leaks for whatever reason. Was taken in and they still did not fix it correctly! Unfortunately I have had issues from literally day 1 of owning my trailer. things have been constantly breaking due to bad craftsmanship. at one point i had a leak that developed black mold. Keystone took 2 months to get it fixed and when I got it back I just found more issues. Unfortunately I am in the process of getting it listed as a lemon to get my money back. I bought a Kodiak trailer and it is the worst piece of junk ever owned. For being 2 years old and very well cared for. It has been nothing but trouble after trouble. my slide out works for 5 month and then it needs to go back. The outer part of the trailer is coming away from the frame. And no one seems to care. I am looking into trading this off. NEVER WILL I BUY A KODIAK again.. Show less
