We purchased this RV spring 2024 new , never sold til we bought it. We received a email.from Keystone stating the first year warranty was about to expire. So we did a complete inspection and found the rubber roof was bubbling bad . We took photos of this as well photos of other defects and sent them to Keystone. . We had experienced finding water puddles inside the RV in a couple locations. Below where the air conditioner is and between the washer and the pantry opposite the washroom. We took photos of the roof and we'll the interior trim pieces coming off and a few other things and reported it to Keystone. After we took it to the dealer for inspection, the dealer sent in photos the Keystone. Keystone Denise the claim evern though the RV was within its first year of warranty. We had to authorize the dealer to complete all the repairs and asked the dealer to send photos and reports to us and Keystone. The dealers techs found the rubber roof was not installed or sealed properly. Interior panels rotting and mold covered when removed in several areas. Since the repairs are currently ongoing as I write this, Keystone now has offered to cover 10 hrs labour and all the materials. But the original quote was 40 hrs labour and these findings have increased the labour time. If I could post photos of all this on here I would. Wee are going to sue Keystone ass well register complains with consumer affairs. Keystones.warrenty isn't worth the paper it's written on. This is our second Keystone toy hauler RV. Our first qaaa a 2015 Keystone Carbon. It was a really good RV and I wish now we had kept it. Jim and Karen . Very disappointed! Show less

This 5th wheel makes me feel like Tom Hanks in The Money Pit. Everyday it is something else. I wonder if Keystone has considered a quality control program. The furnace is out, the water pump pushes the water back out the same way it was put in, the paint is flaking off of the unprimed metal framing around the ramp door, the trim inside the camper has already had to be reinstalled, the locks for the access panels come out when operated, etc. What makes this so sad is the camper was purchased in December 2025, brand new off the lot, and has only been towed for one trip at 600 miles(+/-). And don’t even get me started on the most useless document ever published, the Owners Manual. Most definitely the worst money I have ever spent. Show less

Small items to note. Heat in bedroom works best if bathroom door is open as bedroom only has one heat vent. Overhead vents need an extension wand to open and close vents as they are very high up on ceiling. No towel storage in bathroom and only 1 light above mirror making it hard to put on makeup per wife. Smart tv is a pain to get it to connect to cable or antenna. They should add an awning to the rear door area just like the front door. Expanding ladder for rear bed the step is angled wrong making it hard on your feet. Small table for end of couch should be angled cut on one side so it would swivel when getting up. Overall build quality and layout work well. Very happy with our purchase and this is our 3rd Keystone camper. This review is based on 30-day ownership and 2 camping trips. Show less

I bought the RV on September 1, 2024 and still have not received it as they sold it to me with a title with a lien on it and 27 days later, I still cannot get a lien release, so I have still not received my RV. I have contacted the dealer over and over and they told me I had to wait seven days for my cashiers check to clear and then after that, I found out they did not have the title, then, when they did have the title it has a lien on it from a bank inMaryland, and they have been unable to get a release on the lien. Therefore, no proof they are in the RV. This should’ve been done before they ever sold it! Show less

This is the perfect Toy Hauler if you’re looking for year round camping or living. The 3 AC units are great for summer and the fireplace takes the chill off on cooler days. This camper has a lot of living space, I loved the seating area in this camper, it’s not just 1 couch with a tv at a weird angle because of the kitchen. It’s a couch and love seat with an entertainment center and the kitchen space feels like it’s own separate space. Also this model has an outdoor kitchen, which is rare for a toy hauler. The only con was the factory antenna which was easy to replace. Show less

This toy hauler has it all. It keeps the wife happy with higher end living without having a fifth wheel. It also allows for a 4 seat side x side to fit in the separate garage. Would not have a different RV it’s perfect for families who love comfort and adventure. Show less

Considering we went from a Momentum to a Luxe, to compare the two would be to compare the moon to the sun. Luxe quality and adaptability matched our expectation of paying a premium price. We expected there to be issues, and we had our share, but the Luxe team was always willing to resolve the issue ASAP and went out of their way to resolve any issues to our satisfaction. We traveled the country and lived in the RV for 3 years, and everything has held up beautifully. Don't be afraid to buy a used rig as the quality they put into the initial build means it is built to last. We would definitely buy from Luxe again. Show less

Great unit used for towing my can am Spyder motorcycle across multiple states and parts of Canada Only real issue is the bed being a little difficult to make do to the position Of the bed and front walls Very much enjoy using my trailer every other weekend April thru November Show less

My RV was droped off during covid. Driver refused a walk through because it wasnt his job. Both roof mount air conditioners did not work. It took over a month of fighting with Gander RV in Idaho to have them replaced. I was retiring and wanted to travel. Propane heater has been in twice because it wont come on. Electric Fireplace started amoking and I shut it down... Am bing told by Camping world that the plug that powers it melted. Radio and TV come on by themselves intermittently and will turn on putter speakers by itself. Warranty says they wont replace it unless their representative witnesses it! SERIOUSLY They tried to say it was a power surge... I showed them the surge protector they sold me that is in perfect working order. Then warranty told the Service people they then believed it was possibly struck by lightning. Service center told them there were no evidence of that and the problem is only centralized by entertainment center. They love to take your money but you have to fight tooth n nail to make them replace things in a unit you bought brandnew for 50 grand. Plus bought their extended warranty... I had to cancel retirement travel due to all the ongoing issues. Pretty sad! Now they will pay for replacing the electrical outlet and fireplace but told me I have to pay for all shipping costs of parts? 36 years of breaking my back to retire and this is the business I have been dealt! ORV Manufacturing has the best customer service; I stopped calling the dealership and if ever a question arises, I can call ORV and get help ordering a part or making an adjustment. Very well built and solid platforms are what make ORV products stand out from the mass produced trailer factories in Indiana. These trailers tow very well and although heavy, they are well balanced. Components are industry standard ie. Coleman Mack, Lippert, Suburban, MaxxAire, etc. but the bones of these trailers are what is special and what makes them maintain value. Show less
