We initially loved our 321, and have been in the Jayco family with several coaches over 17 1/2 years. We just traded, after several trips to get second slide issues addressed - our opinion and that of other 321 owners we encountered was this main slide is too heavy overwhelms the mechanism causing it to fail. The woodwork inside of the coach is particle board at best, and has been wrapped to make you think it is a quality build - it is cost cutting - shame on you Jayco! Any moisture will cause it to swell and look horrible! Our son if having similar issues with his 23 Travel Trailer - we are completely cutting ties with Jayco. Support was horrible - Jayco had no regard for a legacy customer - spoke to us like everything was our fault, and took no ownership. Buyer beware - it is sad to see such a dramatic decline. They absolutely do not care about a quality product that lasts beyond initial first year - longevity and financial disasters for their customers are not a concern - seems to be business as usual. Absolutely lot listening to feedback, or showing signs to make things better. If anything, looking at a26 model at an RV show - it is worse! Show less

Bought this unit brand new in 2022 for a way to keep my wife going on motorcycle trips. The first trip i went on one of the benches that was never used ripped the whole inner wall off. Getting the dealer to cover it was an absolute nightmare, but they finally did. The second year I noticed some bowing in the siding, being new to RV'ing I shrugged it off as just normal. This is the year I noticed how cheap everything inside is. Poor placement of everything, worthless bench seats that have both been removed because they fell off the walls again. Theres no storage space and even less tie down options for a toy hauler. Now here we are beginning of the camping season 2026, that siding has now completely failed. Jayco's response with a $4000 extended warranty, "f**k you! outta warranty!" $6000 repair, the camper is hardly worth that. Thankfully im able to do this repair myself using screws instead of swingline staples. DONT BUY JAYCO!!!!!! Show less

This has been an absolute great experience. We have had a few minor issues which our dealership handled expeditiously. The quality is good. We have traveled extensively and are still enjoying our coach. Blade RV in Mt Vernon Wa is top notch with customer service and support. Show less

I thought Jayco was a quality product but now I have serious doubts. We bought a new 2024 Jayco Eagle 321RSTS and we have had it on just a couple of outing. We noticed that the flooring on the doorside slide won't lay flat. It is a fall risk and the manufaturers solution is to put a rug(s) over it or staple velcro to the floor and stick the other side to the flooring. When we had are trailer washed the guy noticed a softspot on the roof. We had it inspected and the dearler said it seems to be a circle where maybe something was supposed to be stubbed through. Jayco has decided that since there is no problem at this time they won't repair it. So basically they are kicking it down the road so when it does fail it will be out of warranty and they are off the hook. It's sad, this units MSRP is about $109,000 and they won't do a thing to back it up. Show less

We purchased this RV as a support / base for Mountain Bike Racing. It's fully outfitted with all the L track you need. WOW! It performs fantastic. Easy loading, easy to customize, AC and Heat, absolutely BEST in class. We towed with a 2024 Dodge 2500HD Gas. No problems at all. Under power, didn't even feel it there. Under braking, the trailer brakes made it so we didn't notice it. Show less

Would NEVER!!!!!!!!! purchase another jayco product. I just bought a 160k jayco toy hauler. The quality of the products installed are horrible. Thr unit was damaged when delivered to me. No help from jayco. The fit and finish of doors,cabinets, lights, all hardware are cheap Chinese made junk. The linoleum floor has a huge bubble in it as wide as the unit. The 3 season door in the garage is very flimsy and doesn't close as it should. Both toilets in the unit are not solid. The flooring under the toilets is extremely thin. AGAIN, no help from jayco. There's too many things to list that are substandard or poor quality. The workmanship of things installed is horrible. DO NOT BUY anything made by thor/ jayco. Show less

We have had campers for years. This spring, we decided to purchase a large 5th wheel that was livable in the winter months in addition to shorter camping trips in the warmer months. We purchased in late April. The electronics failed on our very first trip in May, and we spent an hour on the phone with the dealer working to manually reset the electronics just so we could get the camper level: you cannot get into this model AT ALL if the camper will not automatically level. And that has been a recurring issue. On our second trip out, the electronics failed again. This time, neither the dealer nor Jayco support could help. And they both neglected to provide the crank needed to access the camper (by manually opening the main slide), so we could not get into the camper. We had to pay a mechanic to come to us just to crank out the slide. He said he has seen this problem on all newer Jaycos (he said the electronics are terrible) Nearly every system in the camper then failed to work that time, so we spent our trip in a glorified tent. Jayco fought us on covering the problems through their warranty. The camper has now been at a dealer 6 WEEKS continuously as of today, and all is still not fixed. Jayco cannot even send the correct parts for repairs. So we never did get to use the camper this summer, and are very worried about our winter trip. Bottom line: we would not recommend Jayco to our worst enemy. It has been nothing but a colossal headache. And Jayco has made it incredibly difficult to get anything resolved. Our trailer has been a nightmare since we ordered it from factory. At first, it was annoying stuff like valences not being secured correctly, the door mis-installed so extremely hard to close, none of the cabinet latches lined up and the first fridge never worked properly. Then some bigger stuff happened. The second fridge was not installed correctly and fell out of the hole, taking most of the kitchen cabinetry with it. The levelling system started getting glitchy and randomly would lift a leg when parked. This required the whole underside to be removed to find bad wiring. We also couldn’t figure out why the black tank smelled unbearably until it was discovered that the vent had been sealed shut at factory. Then the interior wall moved and it was discovered it was never secured in place. The latest and worst problem is we have discovered the roof was never installed correctly, which meant there was water pooling under the AC unit (would not have been seen during routine inspection). Now, less than 3 years old the unit needs a whole new roof due to rot and Jayco will not honor warranty even though it was an issue from build. Will never buy a Jayco again and encourage people to think twice before purchasing. Their best in industry warranties are a joke. Show less

Worst decision I've ever made to buy this! I haven't even used it, slider broke, hydraulic system broke, the control system isn't working, that battery drained, no idea why- the list goes on. The warranty isn't covering any of this and why did i buy an extra warranty?!?! It is just sitting in a storage facility that i am paying for, cant use the trailer at all, making the payment and paying the insurance. I asked them to just switch my trailer out, replace it or take it back, they wont even email or call me back. DON'T BUY FROM JAYCO! Show less

All I have to say is don't buy a jayco. I left a previous review with a lot of issues, well I found more problems, I called costumer service, they said someone would contact me within 48 hours, they did not, it is like they do not care , the quality of the trailer sucks. Costumer service sucks. So save yourself a lot of head ache, DO NOT BUY A JAYCO SEIZMIC. Show less
