Would NEVER!!!!!!!!! purchase another jayco product. I just bought a 160k jayco toy hauler. The quality of the products installed are horrible. Thr unit was damaged when delivered to me. No help from jayco. The fit and finish of doors,cabinets, lights, all hardware are cheap Chinese made junk. The linoleum floor has a huge bubble in it as wide as the unit. The 3 season door in the garage is very flimsy and doesn't close as it should. Both toilets in the unit are not solid. The flooring under the toilets is extremely thin. AGAIN, no help from jayco. There's too many things to list that are substandard or poor quality. The workmanship of things installed is horrible. DO NOT BUY anything made by thor/ jayco. Show less

All I have to say is don't buy a jayco. I left a previous review with a lot of issues, well I found more problems, I called costumer service, they said someone would contact me within 48 hours, they did not, it is like they do not care , the quality of the trailer sucks. Costumer service sucks. So save yourself a lot of head ache, DO NOT BUY A JAYCO SEIZMIC. Show less

I bought the trailer feb 2025 at rv show , it took 20weeks to get it,after multiple mix ups,still did not come with the solor system, I had to get corporate involved to get panel installed, I got tired of arguing with the dealer and installed the inverter myself,after I got it home. So DO NOT BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD IN DRAPER UTAH. Also since I got it home, I have found water leaks, cabinet doors falling off, the fuel station wired wrong and inoperable, and fuel leaks, the bathroom pocket door misaligned, the electric water heater not working, the shower drain won't drain, slide seals torn and ripped, the gray tank main valve not sealing properly and leaking. What make me the most upset is that the factory shipped this out of there door ,and the dealer did a pdi and pencil whiped the check list that all systems worked, THEY LIED PERIOD. And no help from customer service, I have fixed everything myself, Anyway there is more but the point is I will not recommend jayco to anyone after the headache and crap I have been through. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER JAYCO, AND WARN OTHERS NOT TO ALSO. Show less

best overall rv ive had...getting away from slideouts is so nice..this rv has so much usable room no slides needed...i owned a 40 ft 5th wheel toyhauler before this 26 ft bumper pull...wow..having my truck bed back with my topper on is so nice..and at 26 ft..you dont need a football field to turn around!!!..jayco makes a very stout rv..i dont even need sway bars...real plywood floor!! scrwes not falling out like so many others..wiring much better...the upgraded suspention system and sony sound system top shelf!!! vinal floor is so nice.but they give you precut carpet to go over if you want it...the 6 ft kitchen table is wonderful!!! its in 2 pc...after owning both fiberglass and alum siding rvs...ill take the alum ..up keep is nothing...and has a better look..my 40ft did not have a real bathroom..but this 26ft does!!..and looking at other bumper pull toyhulers many dont have a real bedroom..its in the garage area so while driving you have no bed....not so with this jayco octane zx...very nice bedroom with tons of storage!...love that it comes with all vents having high way covers and a very stout ladder..rear ramp is strong great spring system with the best ramp locks ive ever seen..if you are looking for a toy hauler or a rv that has a ton of usable room......and can sleep 8.....and be under 30 ft...boom...you found it!!! Buyer beware! Condensation within the walls without any visible signs . My Octane has never shown any condensation issues, not in the cabinets or living areas. I’ve always kept the unit well vented when in storage and under a RV carport. Your RV may be rotting away and you don’t even know it! My Octane is an excellent example of poor craftsmanship and no pride in one’s work! It took just seven year for the front eight feet to rot away from the inside out. I would have not known except that my Octane split open driving down the highway. The entire passenger side front corner opened up nearly the entire length while we were heading to a rally. At highway speeds it took just seconds to start peeling back and away. After opening up the walls I discovered massive gaps with no insulation and the AC duct-work taps so poorly cut that half the air was being pumped into the roof and walls! The three roof vents were open behind the trim pieces. So every time we ran the AC we were pumping moisture into the walls and roof. This was so bad that the aluminum floor framing has rotted away, yes aluminum 1 1/2 square tubing totally dissolved in seven years! There was no vapor barrier between the outer aluminum siding and the inside walls. This creates continuous condensation every time there is a temperature variation. Forget about the warranty or your RV insurance, you are on your own for the repairs on this type of damage. Dealer estimate for the repairs? Just shy of $16,000 for repairs! Like I would let any dealer repair it back to factory specs!! I’ve repaired the unit myself for less than 3K. I used closed cell insulation, treated lumber, vapor barriers, Kreg joints, exterior rated glues and highly elastic polymer caulk and sealants. Built the way you would expect to find in one of these expensive toys. So look before you buy and definitely check if you own. Not all RV Condensation can be seen! Show less

This toy hauler has it all. It keeps the wife happy with higher end living without having a fifth wheel. It also allows for a 4 seat side x side to fit in the separate garage. Would not have a different RV it’s perfect for families who love comfort and adventure. Show less

Considering we went from a Momentum to a Luxe, to compare the two would be to compare the moon to the sun. Luxe quality and adaptability matched our expectation of paying a premium price. We expected there to be issues, and we had our share, but the Luxe team was always willing to resolve the issue ASAP and went out of their way to resolve any issues to our satisfaction. We traveled the country and lived in the RV for 3 years, and everything has held up beautifully. Don't be afraid to buy a used rig as the quality they put into the initial build means it is built to last. We would definitely buy from Luxe again. Show less

Great unit used for towing my can am Spyder motorcycle across multiple states and parts of Canada Only real issue is the bed being a little difficult to make do to the position Of the bed and front walls Very much enjoy using my trailer every other weekend April thru November Show less

Bought a 2024 Jayco Seismic 395 in October of 2023. It has been in the shop 4 months with hydraulic issues. The dealership it was purchased is less than helpful in a replacement effort. The hydraulic leveling system has failed and it has been a nitemare trying to get it fixed. The dealership where it is at is convinced it is a pressure switch and Lippert keeps putting them through un successful steps, that don't work…. Anyone have any thoughts? Show less

ORV Manufacturing has the best customer service; I stopped calling the dealership and if ever a question arises, I can call ORV and get help ordering a part or making an adjustment. Very well built and solid platforms are what make ORV products stand out from the mass produced trailer factories in Indiana. These trailers tow very well and although heavy, they are well balanced. Components are industry standard ie. Coleman Mack, Lippert, Suburban, MaxxAire, etc. but the bones of these trailers are what is special and what makes them maintain value. Show less
