We bought our camper (5) years ago so we could go camping and travel to cook-offs to meet up with our friends. We looked at the Jayco brand - we really liked the floor plan we picked. We started to notice the material the couch and the recliners were covered in was started to crack and peel - it was the Stacy Stewart collection. I was pretty much passed off when I called and was told I would need to contact The Lippert Co. whom I'm guessing manufactured these items for Jayco. We were told there was only a (1) year warranty on those items. This past weekend (April 24-25), we took the camper and the finish is totally falling off in slivers. When we picked this camper, we were told by the seller in Houston that it was one of the most dependable and durable campers out there, so I also expected that to be true of the interior. As we are both still working and planned to be using this camper more when we retire, I have no reason to believe this camper is durable inside and outside. This camper is kept under cover and this is only the (5th) time we have used it for a grand total of (25) days. The children are all grown and have families of their own - so it's not as if the camper is being subjected to excessive wear and tear - not to mention we are not staying in the camper around the clock. We're pretty much in it to shower and sleep at night. So in my opinion, the quality of the interior sofa and recliners is non-existent and we will be responsible for the lack of quality in these items even though we were told over and over again about the sound quality of the Jayco product. We were not advised at the time of purchase that other companies could be responsible for subsequent warranties.

Day 1 of our first camping trip with our new RV Trailer we had 2 electrical outlets that did not function. Wire Insulation was not removed. Wire terminations were hooked up in outlet with insulation coating unremoved. No continuity / conduct electricity as a result. Poetic Enchanted Quality claim from Riverside RV : "Riverside RV manufactures the highest quality Recreational Vehicles in all of Northern Indiana. Known for building the most nostalgic brand of travel trailers, the Retro, in the RV industry, Riverside RV is proud to stand with all of our dealer partners, while providing them with the highest quality trailer in the industry. We take quality seriously. This means that each and every unit is closely inspected. Inside and out in production and after completion. We want you to have confidence in our products, and that's why we invest time and effort into this important inspection process" NEWS FLASH-Your electrician lacks basic skill set. The quality control inspection team must have called in sick while our trailer was in process. If only the electrician and QA team were as Gifted as the publicist that drafted your quality mission statement.

2021 Jayco Northpoint 377RLBH. I took new delivered May 2021.. This has been a nightmare since delivery. The recliner was delivered with and obvious bent frame. The black tank flushline was not connected properly and the shower leaks from various points and the kitchen slide out ripped up the kitchen floor the first time I retracted it. I contacted Jayco and they are extremely friendly but no assistance at all!!! I'm I retired disabled Persian Golf veteran and to date this purchase has been the worst of my lifetime. There is no help for me but I would ask that if anyone is interested in a new camper please go anywhere else then to Jayco. To date I had to remove the bathroom wall to replair the black tank flush line, removed shower access panel to tighten all connections and seal all areas water can penatrate. In closing I had no idea when you purchased a Jayco there is no useful assistance they would offer other then friendly conversations via phone. With all of the problems I have experienced the kitchen floor is the least of my worries! Please, please read this review as a warning to not purchase a Jayco! It is only my wife and me if I had little kids I would not know how to explain to them all of the problems and why daddy is constantly working on repairing a new camper, disappointment does not begin to cover how me and my wife feel. If there is anyone at Jayco that wants to contact me to review compensation and repair of my nightmare I would welcome and more that happy to post a retraction and how Jayco made things right!

I purchased a 2019 retro white water. i 6beleive was the 177 series. The first time i took a shower i found approximately 1/4 inch of water on the bathroom floor. A o ring was busted in the Drain. Which probably came like that from the factory.
Since the trailer was new.I took it back to the dealer and traded it back in for a kodiak cub.( jury is still out on this one)
I would avoid these ( RETROS) trailers at all cost!!
I was told 90 percent of them leak when they come from the factory.
Good Luck.

Quite happy with Cruzer Radiance line.
