I thought Jayco was a quality product but now I have serious doubts. We bought a new 2024 Jayco Eagle 321RSTS and we have had it on just a couple of outing. We noticed that the flooring on the doorside slide won't lay flat. It is a fall risk and the manufaturers solution is to put a rug(s) over it or staple velcro to the floor and stick the other side to the flooring. When we had are trailer washed the guy noticed a softspot on the roof. We had it inspected and the dearler said it seems to be a circle where maybe something was supposed to be stubbed through. Jayco has decided that since there is no problem at this time they won't repair it. So basically they are kicking it down the road so when it does fail it will be out of warranty and they are off the hook. It's sad, this units MSRP is about $109,000 and they won't do a thing to back it up.

Would NEVER!!!!!!!!! purchase another jayco product. I just bought a 160k jayco toy hauler. The quality of the products installed are horrible. Thr unit was damaged when delivered to me. No help from jayco. The fit and finish of doors, cabinets, lights, all hardware are cheap Chinese made junk. The linoleum floor has a huge bubble in it as wide as the unit. The 3 season door in the garage is very flimsy and doesn't close as it should. Both toilets in the unit are not solid. The flooring under the toilets is extremely thin. AGAIN, no help from jayco. There's too many things to list that are substandard or poor quality. The workmanship of things installed is horrible. DO NOT BUY anything made by thor/ jayco.

We have had campers for years. This spring, we decided to purchase a large 5th wheel that was livable in the winter months in addition to shorter camping trips in the warmer months. We purchased in late April. The electronics failed on our very first trip in May, and we spent an hour on the phone with the dealer working to manually reset the electronics just so we could get the camper level: you cannot get into this model AT ALL if the camper will not automatically level. And that has been a recurring issue. On our second trip out, the electronics failed again. This time, neither the dealer nor Jayco support could help. And they both neglected to provide the crank needed to access the camper (by manually opening the main slide), so we could not get into the camper. We had to pay a mechanic to come to us just to crank out the slide. He said he has seen this problem on all newer Jaycos (he said the electronics are terrible) Nearly every system in the camper then failed to work that time, so we spent our trip in a glorified tent. Jayco fought us on covering the problems through their warranty. The camper has now been at a dealer 6 WEEKS continuously as of today, and all is still not fixed. Jayco cannot even send the correct parts for repairs. So we never did get to use the camper this summer, and are very worried about our winter trip. Bottom line: we would not recommend Jayco to our worst enemy. It has been nothing but a colossal headache. And Jayco has made it incredibly difficult to get anything resolved. Pick anyone else and any other camper.

We own an Outdoor Glacier. Peak titanium F27KVS which is climate designed for 4 season camping. We spent 5 months last winter from November 4 thru the end of March living in it. We were cozy and comfortable. I particularly like the kitchen and the larger than average dining table. These RVs are built for rugged cold weather camping with the heated holding tanks that turn on automatically when the temps drop below 45. Towing was a breeze with our 2500 Dodge Ram. Set up was so easy with the 6 point auto leveling system.. We would recommend this RV to everyone.

Our trailer has been a nightmare since we ordered it from factory. At first, it was annoying stuff like valences not being secured correctly, the door mis-installed so extremely hard to close, none of the cabinet latches lined up and the first fridge never worked properly. Then some bigger stuff happened. The second fridge was not installed correctly and fell out of the hole, taking most of the kitchen cabinetry with it. The levelling system started getting glitchy and randomly would lift a leg when parked. This required the whole underside to be removed to find bad wiring. We also couldn’t figure out why the black tank smelled unbearably until it was discovered that the vent had been sealed shut at factory. Then the interior wall moved and it was discovered it was never secured in place. The latest and worst problem is we have discovered the roof was never installed correctly, which meant there was water pooling under the AC unit (would not have been seen during routine inspection). Now, less than 3 years old the unit needs a whole new roof due to rot and Jayco will not honor warranty even though it was an issue from build. Will never buy a Jayco again and encourage people to think twice before purchasing. Their best in industry warranties are a joke.

Worst decision I've ever made to buy this! I haven't even used it, slider broke, hydraulic system broke, the control system isn't working, that battery drained, no idea why- the list goes on. The warranty isn't covering any of this and why did i buy an extra warranty?!?! It is just sitting in a storage facility that i am paying for, cant use the trailer at all, making the payment and paying the insurance. I asked them to just switch my trailer out, replace it or take it back, they wont even email or call me back. DON'T BUY FROM JAYCO!

The bathroom is very private as well, and the washer and dryer are a life saver, a long with the auto leveler. This was my first RV model and in comparison to others, this one has a more modern feel and more considerate design for privacy and functionality.

I bought the trailer feb 2025 at rv show , it took 20weeks to get it,after multiple mix ups, still did not come with the solor system, I had to get corporate involved to get panel installed, I got tired of arguing with the dealer and installed the inverter myself, after I got it home. So DO NOT BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD IN DRAPER UTAH. Also since I got it home, I have found water leaks, cabinet doors falling off, the fuel station wired wrong and inoperable, and fuel leaks, the bathroom pocket door misaligned, the electric water heater not working, the shower drain won't drain, slide seals torn and ripped, the gray tank main valve not sealing properly and leaking. What make me the most upset is that the factory shipped this out of there door ,and the dealer did a pdi and pencil whiped the check list that all systems worked, THEY LIED PERIOD. And no help from customer service, I have fixed everything myself, Anyway there is more but the point is I will not recommend jayco to anyone after the headache and crap I have been through. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER JAYCO, AND WARN OTHERS NOT TO ALSO.

I bought my Eagle HT last summer and have been extremely happy with it. The layout is fantastic if you are traveling alone or with others in a group because the U-shaped seating can comfortably fit all six of us which is different than a lot of 4-person booths. I have 2 inflatable paddle boards that I don’t have to deflate because the pass through storage is very large. In addition to the large pass through storage, there are multiple storage areas under the dining area and the pantry. The tank light indicators are right near the front door so it’s very easy to keep an eye on your tank levels. The bathroom is soooooo nice. The shower is substantially wider than other 5th wheels or motorhome which is great if you don’t want to feel claustrophobic. The flash hot water heater was decadent after hiking in Yosemite all day. I have travelled in the brutal heat of summer as well as the high desert cold of this past winter and the climate control is wonderful. The entire rig cools off and heats up so fast. I haven’t used the entertainment functions as much as I thought I would but it’s nice to know I can watch movies or listen to music if I wanted to do so in comfortable recliners. I DID have an issue with the oven lighter and there was some leftover insulation in my pipes that had to be taken care of at the dealership, but it was fixed pretty fast. The leveling system remembered where it was when you unhitch so that it’s really easy to just hit the button to bring it back where it was when it’s time to leave. So far I haven’t had any issues with the hitching itself, but I did have to learn how tension can make it difficult to pull the handle to unhitch, but I’m also a 52 year old woman who travels solo so perhaps strength is an issue? I have been able to figure it out. Overall I am really happy with it.
