Starting with POP RV ads on their website and other RV sales sites, POP RV was very deceptive.. The RV salesman in Michigan was Brad from Team Vincent (Bradley & Kristy), at teamvincent@popsells... After the closing on our motorhome I emailed Brad to ask him for the keyless entry code, since I'm in New Mexico and the motorhome is in Holly, Michigan.. Here is Brads response after closing, ""I'm sorry to say that when the seller accepted his advertisement he did not uncheck that the unit does not have keyless entry. I apologize for this hiccup."" So now I wonder what else might be incorrect in their listing?? The closing agent at POP RVs was Tracy Howard, she also screwed up big time, I told her from the beginning to use my name and member of LLC.. She only used my name, which means I'll have a big hassle sending paperwork back and forth to be changed and notarized.. I wish I never did business with this incompetent company POP RVs... SUCKS!! Brad has never responded since I found his deception.. Update: Tracy Howard the closing agent has corrected the paperwork, which will alleviate any future problems with our LLC.

We have owned this unit for 5 years and find the best feature to be the floor plan layout. Even when traveling with the two slides in the access to kitchen, fridge and washroom is easy and unimpeded. The drivability is second to none, one can drive a 10 hour day very comfortably. This is due to the "Roadmaster" frame and 10 air bag system. The large armless awning makes camping a pleasure on any evening.

We are very well pleased with our 2017 Holiday Rambler Admiral XE model 31B. The build quality is very good, inside and out. Our rig came with large front & rear anti-sway bars and we added a steering stabilizer – easy to drive, handles very well on the road and in cross-winds. Comfortable to sleep 6 adults in the RV full size 2 queen beds and single bunkbeds. If needed, the jack knife sofa and dinette table convert into beds for up to 4 children. Well appointed interior, a touch of elegance with the cherry cabinets and accents. Three burner stove and a large convention oven/microwave take care of all cooking needs in the kitchen. The rig came with a 15,000 BTU A/C ducted system, however with the extreme heat in the southwest when we camp at a lake or desert area, the AC could not keep up comfortably. So we added a second 11,000 BTU A/C in the bedroom, which cools off the bedroom, bath and dual bunk beds. Now all is comfortable. All equipment operates properly and is in excellent condition and with less than 17000 miles, this is a gently used and well cared for family sized RV!

Original owner, just under 17,000 miles, this rig is cherry, you won’t find many RVs in such excellent condition! This is one well maintained and cared for RV. The Pecan Grove color scheme and Dark Cherry hardwood and prefinished provide a touch of elegance and grace to the living space. Holiday Rambler built a quality coach and created an excellent floor plan in this RV designed for comfortable family use sleeping 6 adult sized people and up to 4 children in this Bunk Bed model RV. Plenty of storage in the basement and when the bunk beds are not in use – great storage space and the top bunk flip up for even more usable space. Easy, comfortable to drive, handles very well on the road at highway speeds or where ever your travels take you!

2017 Holiday Rambler Admiral XE 31B Holiday Rambler built a quality coach and created an excellent floor plan in this Admiral XE 31B Bunk Bed model RV. Plenty of storage in the basement and when the bunk beds are not in use – great storage space and the top bunk flips up for even more usable space. Inside designed with a touch of elegance and well built throughout. Very happy with Holiday Rambler and the Admiral XE in particular. No significant mechanical issues, manufacture responsive with any questions I had over time and quick to provide PDFs of design schematics or user manuals. Plenty of power towing a vehicle – don’t even notice the additional weight, no sway or buffeting when tractor/trailers pass with the front and rear rollbars and Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer. Very comfortable to drive on long trips.

We've owned our RV since January of 2020, purchased in Florida and drove to Alaska. We love the layout and amenities this coach had to offer, but issues began to develop early on, from electrical to plumbing to slides malfunctioning. Our first repair stop was the REV Technical Center in Coburg, OR. They fixed one of four items, which was a small drawer latch. Serious electrical issues were not addressed as the main technical engineers had not come up with solutions for the specific problems we were having. The technicians indicated it would be 6 months or more to develop the solution. Driver ceiling lights come on when the furnace kicks on or off, very annoying in the middle of the night sleeping in the overhead bunk or driving down the road at night. We have battery charging issues, have already had to replace two chassis batteries to the tune of $400 and are still unable to get a complete charge off of the engine. While driving from Alaska to Washington, we had to run our generator at random intervals in order to charge the batteries to avoid complete engine shutdown due to lack of voltage. Even had to pull into a gas station and plug into their electrical outlet and put an auxiliary battery charger (which I brought with me) to get enough voltage to start the generator to charge the batteries as I was driving down the road. This is just a sampling of the many issues that have yet to be resolved. We will be back at the REV technical center in Coburg OR on Monday to hopefully get some items addressed.

This is a great RV! Drives like a dream, Entertainment all over the place, comfortable and reliable, you can trust this machine to deliver your party safely and then house them in great style. It sleeps 8 comfortably and the layout facilitates everyone’s comfort. There is plenty of entertainment, three TVs (all HD) surround sound and satellite for both radio and RV add to the fun. It drives well, up and over mountains that would leave most machines gasping for air.

Drives and rides like dream. Quality and technology combined. Only issue is very low front-end 12000 thousand later to repair front end way to low you can't even get fuel in most stations go over speed humps in and out of roads with minor inclines. Contacting HR once complete to address issues and repair as this is very dangerous and needs there attention asap. Has any one else contacted them and what was outcome?
