Shoddy workmanship and cheap materials. However, REV replaced (via dealership) the following: 1. Passenger chair 2. loft bed curtain 3. Dinette window shade 4. Couch wall 5. Dinette cushions 5. Bed headboard 6. Kitchen faucet 7. Passenger side fog lamp Current problems: 1. Levelers are not functioning properly 2. Entry door cylinder broke off - screws were rusty 3. Recliner armrest is loose 4. Kitchen air fan not functioning - seems electrical 5. Exterior wall separates (on driver side) from counter above couch and bathroom vanity We are grateful we have no problems with the roof and/or any leaks. Show less

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. This is our 8th RV, 3rd motorhome, and by far the biggest piece of junk we've ever had. We have had it for 6 months but stored for 5 months and have yet to use it without working on it. Multiple water leaks, toilet unsteady, only 1/2 the outlets work in the entire coach, cabinet doors coming apart and the door won't stay closed! We've had it 2 the dealer 3 times now, a 2 hr drive from our home...1 way! We picked it up again yesterday and not 1 of these things have been fixed. Pure junk! Show less
