We purchased a used one so will try not to color this review with that aspect. Very good structurally. Exterior walls-very good. I like that all the lights run on 12 volt, so even when camping all lights work off the battery and we are not in the dark. The water pump is very steady in this older model so I'm sure the newer ones are even better. I don't care for the floor plan but that is a personal thing. Also I do not like that there is no basement storage. There are two doors outside that go under each bed, but they were so inconvenient I no longer use them.I took out the enclosed beds, built two twins that are open underneath and just slide things under the bed. Basement storage would be much better. Bathroom is very small, but usable. The worst thing about this trailer is the location of the plumbing under the bathroom sink because the electrical cord is pushed in under there and so does not seal well to the outside. I prefer a detachable cord. I also don't like that the patio awning arm goes right across the bedroom window and then does not even shade the rear door that goes under the bed. This is the second Holiday Rambler I have owned.
