Well let me tell you, I bought this unit new and have only been out a few times. This year I have pulled it to Michigan. I have had my window coverings fall off, towel ring fall off and now it looks like the front part of the body is pulling away from the corner molding that is around the front diamond plate and side walls. I had an 1/8” gap that I needed to seal to prevent rain water from entering the body seam joint. Not very impressed with the build quality of this trailer and it cost me over 29 grand to buy. Beginning to think I must have been a sucker. I wouldn’t buy or recommend one. Show less

I lived in this RV for 3 years. It was very comfortable, bedroom and bathroom are small, but living space is spacious and perfect. Well built cabinets. Overall very happy with this trailer. The ducts for furnace run hot in front and back. Air conditioning one unit, it was over 100 in the summer and it kept the trailer cool. Show less

Bought used 12/2019 from private party I knew well. It’s my 2nd RV but first Tr. Trlr. I am able to work on most of its components. I downloaded a PDF owners manual and had it printed and bound. This is my tiny home and has proven to be a good investment. Show less

This is a new RV for us , we have never owned a RV before we are happy and excited about this.We have a trip planned with our son and his family for next summer that will be so much fun with the grandaughters we have two 8 and 5 years old they are great. Show less

Nothing but problems when we purchased this trailer. I should ran and not walked away. We did not even make it home with the license plate or furnace door and the access door kept coming open as we were driving down the freeway. I came home and loaded the trailer with all of our stuff. The next day it had rained during the night and all of my towels in the bathroom were wet. The skylight was cracked. I called them and they gave me the run around.Finally agreed to send the parts to repair the skylight sent everything but the glue to fix. Got some sob story about it could not be sent thru the mail. I bet they purchase it thru the mail. Just trying to cut corners once again. The bathroom had small holes that were not sealed up during building it.I did not notice this before purchase. The sent some stripping to cover it up. Also chairs had rips in the corners that I did not notice before hand. I would of seen all of this if the walk thru would of went thru. But they were prepping the trailer something that we paid for. And I went out and noticed the ladder had been removed and asked where it was and the kid said he would talk to the service boss. Well i went back inside and the service boss started yelling and cursing that it did not come with a ladder . I said I saw one when we looked at. Well it did come with a ladder and I fought and they put the ladder back in. After that the kid that was finishing up on the trailer said to me and my husband I guess now because of my jerk boss i will not be getting a tip! Really a tip for doing your job. Well no he did not get a tip. And that is probably why our stuff flew off on the ride home. This is Best RV in Turlock. I would never never recommend them to anyone. They are terrible to deal with. So now I have a brand new trailer we have used 5 times with all kinds of problems that they will not even acknowledge or call me back on. the slide out went out a few days after the warranty expired. So we pull the motors out and one looks brand new the other looks like it has been laying in the mud for a year. I know that they will not help us out. Would not even help if it was not days past the warranty. I am so disgusted with our purchase and dealing with all the horrible service . Do not buy from Best RV of Turlock Ca. or Pacific Coach Works if you don't want problems. Show less

Love ours it has given us so many good memories. It so easy to tow, you hardly know it's back there. Fits in all camp sites, we have visited. Would like to hear from other fellow campers. Ours also has plenty of storage. Show less

This RV is excellent. It is perfect for a small family or a couple. With one bedroom and a dinette plus a hida bed couch you can sleep up to 6 people. I personally can not find anything wrong with this unit. For this price it fits the bill. I have owned a few travel trailers and this one is by far the best. The craftsmanship that went into this unit is of the best quality I have ever seen. Show less

I have had this trailer for twelve years, and have often thought about using it as a second home. It is spacious with plenty of storage. The Oak cabinetry was an attraction from the beginning, and is still a source of pleasure. I like the free-standing dining chairs as they can be moved around to make a more conversational environment when there is company. Since it is out of warranty, I can't speak to that. The biggest repair was replacing the electric tongue stand. The Dealer installed a new one which is much better than the original. Although the old awning was in good condition, we replaced it with an electric one for convenience, and added a small awning on the opposite side. My husband passed away. I am 72 and have taken it on two trips so far with no problems. Both were about 350 miles from home. It's solid, well built and will last many more years to come. Show less

Excellent trailer for a small family. Good build quality. Supreme package offers many upgraded features. Very attractive- we get lots of compliments. Everything you could want in a compact ultra-lite trailer. Tows easily with our Tahoe. Show less

This trailer is large for a conventional tow trailer. I have compensated for the size and weight of the trailer by purchasing a Class VI "Airsafe" hitch. ( Rated for 20K pounds) The "Airsafe" hitch allows the tow vehicle and trailer to absorb any road bumps etc. via a large air filled (industrial) cushion and two lateral shock absorbers. These "air bags" are many times used on buses and large 18 wheelers. It works very well. I use 1200 lb. trunion bars with the hitch, but they must be removed when maneuvering in tight spaces. For the price, this is a very nice trailer, well maintained and used much less than anticipated. As such it is "new" inside and simply has sun exposure on the exterior. ALL systems work well. This trailer would be great for a live in while building a home or at a contracting site. It also has every amenity one could wish for, minus a 60" flat screen TV. This is literally a "home" as it has everything a home does and is spacious. Show less
