The solar system allows for extended remote camping & balances well with plenty of fresh water storage&!gray/black holding. A well thought out w/great ground clearance & easy safe tow package. I had to ask why they are selling? Sadly there are medical issues w/the spouse that are stopping their camping adventures.

I purchased my 2019 Highland Ridge RV Mesa Ridge Lite MR2802BH brand new from the dealership, and I specifically sought out this floor plan after doing a lot of research. As someone who was actively competing in triathlons and frequently traveling from city to city, I needed something comfortable, practical, and family-friendly. Hotels quickly got expensive and didn’t always offer the flexibility or convenience I needed, this trailer was the perfect solution. What immediately drew me to this model was the floor plan. It has two full-size bunks and a dinette that converts into a bed, which made it ideal for traveling with kids. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep without feeling cramped. One of my favorite features is the two exterior doors. The main entry and a separate door that leads directly into the bathroom were a game-changer. If you're familiar with the triathlon lifestyle, you know mornings start early with training sessions and prep work. Having that secondary bathroom door meant I could come back and clean up without waking the kids who were still asleep inside. There’s also an outdoor shower, nothing fancy, but incredibly useful. I could rinse off after a run, bike, or swim without dragging sweat and gear through the trailer. Combine that with the outdoor kitchen and mini fridge, and it created a great setup where I didn’t even need to go inside unless I had to. Everything I needed was right there outside. From a towing standpoint, this trailer is considered lightweight. It tows at a dry weight of 5765 lbs and tracks really well. I had no issues hauling it between events or campgrounds. The thermal package also helped maintain a comfortable interior temperature whether we were dealing with summer heat or chilly mornings. Overall, the Mesa Ridge Lite MR2802BH checked every box for me. It’s functional, well-designed, and thoughtfully laid out for anyone who travels with kids or lives a more active, on-the-go lifestyle. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for something versatile, family-friendly, and easy to manage on the road.

The size, floorplan, colors, weight were the attraction. We like the chaise lounge option and not having a table in a "fixed location." We have spent over 65 nights in it and towed over 8,000 miles so far. Adequate storage. Bath & shower are just fine. We replaced the mattress day 1. Has attracted admiration of other campers, but unfortunately we can't recommend it. Functionally, it's been a disaster. Initially heater failed to reach any set temp due to a poorly engineered factory installation (heater itself worked). Neither dealer nor factory had an answer, we ended up re-engineering and correcting the installation ourselves (long story), solved, painfully (months), hence 1 star ratings. Electronic thermostat (controls both AC & Heat) not sensitive enough. Both heat and A/C very noisy, cannot correct. Refrigerator (NorCold) failed twice, first control panel, then cooling unit, awaiting another warranty repair. Ongoing problem from day 1 that has interrupted many outings. No provision for gravity fill of fresh water tank, can't prefill tank (water lost through vent tube) and they don't want you to carry water in tank while towing (claim brackets can't support the weight). This requires a lot of planning as many campgrounds in the west don't have pressurized water readily available. Cheapo bath vent fan, really, to be replaced eventually. Sound bar (inside), speakers (outside) not very good quality sound. TV has worked fine. Shower door fell apart but was repaired on the road. Structurally the unit has remained intact, no leaks. Black aluminum skirting had heat related expansion buckle on right side, several screws lost on both sides. Slide out still works but you have to be careful with movement end points.

Great amount of storage, private bedroom, built better than almost all RV's out there, There was one awful review from a customer that had many problems with a new 2016 Timber Ridge. I have spoken with many dealers an private owners before purchasing ours and this is a rare anomaly as far as this brand. Do not be swayed one customers experience when many people love the quality of this brand, look deeper into the brand and model and you will see I am correct! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lHmfgf64lpM

2019 25RDS Outdoors RV We bought this trailer new five years ago when we first retired. After lengthy research we paid the higher price for what we considered a higher quality travel trailer. After owning a 20F Outdoors RV for 9 years with basically no issues we felt we knew the brand. The 25RDS gives us everything we expected. Only two issues in the last five years. I had to put two small washers behind a screen door striker as the screen door would not stay closed the first week we had the trailer. Last year I had to replace an electric gas solenoid for the water heater. An easy job. Important options to have are the on the 25RDS are 16 inch wheels and Maxxfans. And make sure you have the correct tow vehicle. This trailer weighs in least 8,000 pounds loaded, because its quality constructed. We have used this trailer. To travel on some rough Oregon backroads, and as a second bedroom here on the farm for overflow guests. The bed is very comfortable. One can sit at the dinette for long periods of time in comfort. The bathroom has a spacious shower. And enough room to dry and dress. Lots and lots of storage room in this trailer. Excellent boon-docker off grid camping. Get a Honda 2200 generator. It will run the AC if required and keep the twin 12volt batteries charged with an hour and a half run per day. I was a production employee building $300k motor homes. I know what shoddy construction looks like. Several friends and relatives have purchased rvs over the last four years. They all have horror stories of problem after problem. But, I am being completely honest when I say with my experiences, I have no reservations highly recommending a 25RDS Outdoors RV.
