We have owned 3 travel trailers in the past 20 yrs. This is by far the worst quality travel trailer we have owned. 6 months old the seals on slide came loose, bath tub surround glue came loose, wall paper in bedroom is coming off. Overall the workmanship is by far the worst we have experienced. Show less

I borrowed this heartland camper from my father in law he used it one time kept it covered in Indiana its 3 years old, coming across country with it from Indiana to Arizona we lost the rubberized roofing and had 3 blowouts with the tires i called heartland about the roofing they wouldnt even talk to me they referred me to the roofing manufacturer lady told me ther problem was more than likely the manufacturer HEARTLAND i inspected the roof and she was correct there wasn’t hardly anything securing to roofing material to the plywood roofing material nor was there much material of the rubberized roofing under the aluminum strip in the fron holding it down my opinion of heartland the customer service is crap they try to pass the buck so they dont have to deal with this i guess next step is to retain a lawyer to solve this matter Show less

Thor industries should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people out of money by taking a cardboard box, disguising it to make it look good quality, and then charging a ridiculous amount. I have had my heartland mallard for a little over a year and it is leaking from every window, every skylight opening, and every vent every time it rains. It has a Crack on the roof which has led to roof feeling waterlogged or like it will cave in at any moment. The ac kicks on and off repeatedly leading to high power use. I have already had to replace the faucet and shower head. All the trimming was falling off within the first month. The screen doors never were made to latch because they are too narrow for the frames. The fireplace/heater rattles when you turn it on like it will give at any moment. Let me not forget the huge piece of wooden panel above the kids bunk randomly falling off because it was held with staples (that could have hit one of my children) The awning won't stay plugged in and the tank sensors don't ever work right. To make matters worst.... the warranty isn't worth a flip. I took it for problems I was having with ac and trimming and they kept it for over about 2 months and fixed nothing outside of stapling the trimming back on. So now as a single mom of 2, I'm having to pay a $45,000 loan on a camper that hasn't even lasted a year. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It's all about making money at no expense. Quality doesn't exist and I'm so sick to my stomach about it. Show less

Quality of craftsmanship is horrible on the one I bought. Getting them for fix anything has been horrible, bought in September 21 and it in now the end of February and still waiting. Reported things the first day and still nothing for 6 months. I was told the warranty was great but I have not seen it yet. I do not recommend buying this model. It could also be the dealer I bought from. I am going to give them another month before I do a review on them. Show less

Day 1 of our first camping trip with our new RV Trailer we had 2 electrical outlets that did not function. Wire Insulation was not removed. Wire terminations were hooked up in outlet with insulation coating unremoved. No continuity / conduct electricity as a result. Counter tops in kitchen area are called solid surface. Dealer told me they were. The online ad for this model has a walk through by a salesman explaining the interior details. He also says they are solid surface. They ARE NOT solid surface but a vinyl wrap over a compressed paper or cardboard substrate. Mine are coming apart and of course they don't want to do anything about it. Show less

Very cheaply made. There's no quality controll. I purchased a 2019 retro white water. i 6beleive was the 177 series. The first time i took a shower i found approximately 1/4 inch of water on the bathroom floor. A o ring was busted in the Drain. Which probably came like that from the factory. Since the trailer was new.I took it back to the dealer and traded it back in for a kodiak cub.( jury is still out on this one) I would avoid these ( RETROS) trailers at all cost!! I was told 90 percent of them leak when they come from the factory. Good Luck. Show less

Purchased new and have been using the camper very extensively. Very please with the build quality and the attention to detail one rarely sees in this class of camper. No issues, except we left the awning out one night and a windstorm blew up, but that was our fault. have spent a total of over 80 days in the unit and only thing we have upgraded was the king size bed mattress. Quite happy with Cruzer Radiance line. Show less

this thing is the worse nightmare that I have ever owned. the air conditioner will not keep up if the unit is setting in the sun. key broke off in the lock. body holes in the cheap mattress will appear soon enough. fender skirt ripped off. had to replace city water connection. broke off 2 latches that open the windows. etc. etc. etc. cheap cheap.
