I purchased a grand design imagine 2600 in April 2021. And and as soon as the warranty expired the thing started falling apart. Several weather stripping issues, I’ve replaced the water heater twice, several pex hoses have come apart. And since the pipes are sealed in the walls I’ve had to do some major repairs myself. The heater made it two years before it stopped working. It’s safe to say I regret buying this trailer. On a scale of 1-10. It’s a generous 2

Bought a new Grand design 15RB in September of 23. One problem after another. It’s been in the shop as long as it’s been out., leaking shower twice, brakes locking up while driving, then no brake pads on one side. We have been battling Grand design the whole way. Our “customer service “ rep, LElizabeth Rock, has been aloof, or just ignores us. We hear from her when we file BBB complaints. We’ve had 2 so far. Going to the AG in Indiana next. DONT BUY A GRAND DESIGN! The customer service stops when you sign the contract.

Very displeased ! Parts falling off inside and out. Cheaply made. Trim glue inside came loose right away . Bought extended warranty and submitted claim for screen door latch that failed with 2 uses along with other things such as oven that wouldn't work and multiple interior trim issues. Constant trouble with water heater. Bought winter cover which disintegrated the first year. Rear view camera fell off on second trip. Warranty paid NOTHING. Manual describes things that do not exist as listed. Customer service is non-existant. They say take it to the dealer where bought. Well that's 200 miles one way! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. Cant wait til its gone.

We recently purchased a used 22 ft 2017 camper with slide out. We got screwed in so many ways. I will not explain the black mold because it doesn't have anything to do with the manufacturer. I will tell you this entire camper is SO CHEAPLY MADE THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO PURCHASE SUCH A CAMPER!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER. I am a woman who remodels camps and I have owned few campers in my life and those one... I actually cried when we got it home. The quality is so CHEAP! MY old Jayco... it spoiled me! It sucks to spend so much money yo taken advantage. One from not having lighting to see the blck mold, but two.... to see how cheap the stapled th I n molding is and the heavy expensive widows are. You can't open them more than a few inches and the arms to put them out..... what s thinly made joke! STAY away from this manufacturer!!!! Any year, style...anything made this .Premier place!!!!!

Day 1 of our first camping trip with our new RV Trailer we had 2 electrical outlets that did not function. Wire Insulation was not removed. Wire terminations were hooked up in outlet with insulation coating unremoved. No continuity / conduct electricity as a result. Poetic Enchanted Quality claim from Riverside RV : "Riverside RV manufactures the highest quality Recreational Vehicles in all of Northern Indiana. Known for building the most nostalgic brand of travel trailers, the Retro, in the RV industry, Riverside RV is proud to stand with all of our dealer partners, while providing them with the highest quality trailer in the industry. We take quality seriously. This means that each and every unit is closely inspected. Inside and out in production and after completion. We want you to have confidence in our products, and that's why we invest time and effort into this important inspection process" NEWS FLASH-Your electrician lacks basic skill set. The quality control inspection team must have called in sick while our trailer was in process. If only the electrician and QA team were as Gifted as the publicist that drafted your quality mission statement.

We bought this thing last spring and things went wrong right away. The oven wouldn’t light, the water heater doesn’t work, trim is coming off all over inside, the screen door latch didn’t last for 3 uses etc. we’re told we have to tow it back to dealer for warranty.. it’s 8 hrs round trip. They “might” authorize partial payment at a local dealer if done there. Customer service hung up on me when I called for help. We’ve only used it 3 times and I expect more issues going forward... I can’t wait to sell it. Bottom line : Junk don’t buy one

The first time i took a shower i found approximately 1/4 inch of water on the bathroom floor. A o ring was busted in the Drain. Which probably came like that from the factory. Since the trailer was new.I took it back to the dealer and traded it back in for a kodiak cub.( jury is still out on this one) I would avoid these ( RETROS) trailers at all cost!! I was told 90 percent of them leak when they come from the factory. Good Luck.
