East To West RV Class A - Diesel reviews

Purchased new a 2026 East to West Bravado 29SF one month ago brand new from General RV Tampa. Used it twice on weekend trip and found it to be solid and loaded with high end features and equipment. Like the Onan 8K generator, which others only add a 6K. 16ft. fridge, 36" by 36" shower, three Maxxairs with remotes, 2 A/C's on a 30ft. unit, not counting the F600 chassis with 4x4. everything worked as designed, the normal RV items did pop up, like adjustments of drawers, and cabinets, but based on my experience to date and the price, I would recommend considering this RV if your in the Super C market. We purchased our Entrada 2950OK at a show. I will say 1st. General Rv has been pretty good. Its Forest River and their Warranty process that is terrible. The show unit was sold but they would deliver an exact same one to us from another store. It came in and didn't have all the items ( solar hookup and many flaws. The couch backs are inches off difference in height. The cabinet doors poorly constructed and the mattress was downgraded substantially than show model. They switched the mattress and bent the slider window frame. After trying to fix it they bent it even more to where it wouldnt open. While waiting for parts we took it on our preplanned 1st trip. Within 10 days there were depressions on the mattress where our rearends were. Also found out after 1000 miles of trying to set up the SiriusXM that the parts were not installed. So we got home and took it back and they begrudgingly ordered SiriusXM parts added the solar port and fixed the doors. We are still going back and forth about about the couch and bed. We took it on trip while waiting for parts. Found the back AC unit doesnt cool and a few USB ports didnt work. Its been back in shop since August 5th and its now Oct 10th and they are still wanting more diagnostics on AC even though the Compressor is not working. Still fighting over the couch. They want pictures of tag and back but say the pictures aren't good enough. The bed they say we dont have proof that its not the same type mattress that was at the show. After 2 back surgeries and laying on the show model for a long time and checking it out. It was a thicker interspring mattress. They also said ok we will get you another one. They sent the same one just a different color. I told them i wouldnt accept it and not to install it and they did anyway. We spent alot of $ down along with making payments feel like this is the worst company to have purchased from. Forest River does not stand behind their product and workmanship. If this was a regular vehicle it would have been Lemon Lawed. They've had it at the shop more than we have... Forest Rivers warranty is worth nothing. The quality of their work and materials after really seeing it is sub par. Be very careful when looking. We will never buy from them again! Show less

This RV has been a liability since purchased. Multiple repairs under the warranty and now needs major repairs just post warranty. Forest River couldn't care less. The door to the motorhome section constantly jams and can only be opened by going in through the cab. Both the generator land the propane system failed. Show less

Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness. Show less

⭐☆☆☆☆ “10 Months of Ownership – Not a Single Night Camping” The East to West Entrada has been an absolute disappointment due to terrible craftsmanship and quality control. In the first 10 months of ownership, we haven’t spent a single night camping because of constant failures: A/C failures – one failed the first day, and both had to be replaced again within 10 months. Water heater failure. Slide leaks water during rain. Jack not installed correctly, causing damage. Vehicle arrived out of alignment. Airbag warning lights repeatedly coming on. Faucet failed early on. Tire Pressure Monitoring System failure. Shower doors sealed so poorly they looked 10 years old on a “brand new” unit. This RV has spent more time in service than in our driveway. If you’re considering an Entrada, be prepared for constant repairs, long delays, and no camping trips in your “new” RV. Show less

We live in Colorado so wanted a diesel pusher to make it up mountain roads without being stuck in the slow lane. This is our home away from home. With three slide outs, this RV is very comfortable to relax inside with the family on a rainy day and not be on top of each other. Decent size closet and drawers in master bedroom for longer trips. The sliding door for the bedroom allows for privacy from guests sleeping in the main area. Two bathroom sinks are helpful. The shower is roomy for larger sized adults. Adults sleep comfortably on the queen size pull out couch mattress that air inflates and is surrounded by a quilted, zip close, mattress cover. The dining room table folds down to sleep two more guests. The kitchen has lots of counter space and cabinets to make preparing meals easy. The two air conditioning units worked fantastic when we camped a Lake Powell in 100 degree weather. Storage down under is made easy with sturdy roll out units. The motorized awning is awesome for eating outside, protected from the sun and rain. We have many happy memories of camping trips to Yellowstone, Glacier, Arches, and Yosemite in our RV. One of our friends gave it the nickname "The Starship Enterprise." We have certainly explored the world's beyond! Show less

This is a great very well felt RV and we love ours. Great floor plan excellent quality good drivability, the only problem is that National RV went out of business so I can't say anything about the factory or warranty support on it otherwise it would get five stars all the way across! Show less

Garbage never worked 1 year old now can't be fixed nexus don't care been at the dealers from day one the ford front end is good it's nexus that's no good everything feel apart and the wiring has never worked i pd 140000 they said they would buy back at 70000 what a slap in the face Show less

Size and drive ability is superior. Floorplan and storage is superb. Workmanship, quality and durability of the unit and its components is the worst. Bought it brand new from dealer. During the 10 months I owned it, it was in the shop more than I had it out on the road for the following failures: Heater would not turn off due to staple in the wire during manufacture causing a short. End caps of the awning fell off on the road. Awning out of alignment due to lack of set screw at one end. Undercabinet dinette light did not work. Exterior storage compartment locks did not lock. Exterior rubber seal around bedroom slideout was tearing off. Backup and sideview cameras failed after 8 months. Front end alignment was out from day one. Passenger seat airbag sensor wiring was not connected or functioning. Cracked valve stem extensions on rear wheels causing tires to go flat frequently. Customer service at East to West was very difficult to work with and kept passing the alignment issue back to Ford. In the end it was East to West responsibility to recheck the front end alignment after the rv build. This unit was a horrible experience overall and I would never recommend East to West or Forest River products to anyone. Show less

Bought mine a year and a half ago and absolutely love it! Built solid. 32 foot is plenty of space and still easy to drive down the road. Mine has two solar panels already installed. Since I purchased this used and 24 years old the rating for Factory warranty/Support is mute, but it made me put in a rating. Show less
