When we purchased our Yukon Dutchman 5th wheel it was because of the space it had inside but never did i think it was going to be such a nightmare having it more in the repair shop than we have used it for our travel trips It's warranty are not that great it's take forever to get fixed and the quality inside it's craftsmanship is poor everything is always falling apart after every trip we make for the cost of this rv I should have checked my reviews first it's so hard to find and attorney to take ours as a lemon case cause that's what it has been have taking it bad quite of bit of times for same issue and now warranty doesn't want to repair cause it has expired so when ever you are out to buy one always do your research first Show less

We have owned this RV for one year. It has been in the shop for 20, yes 20 total weeks and is soon to go into the shop for additional warranty repairs. The defects include drawer slides falling off, LED lights on the front cap and awnings replaced, front awning replaced, side wall panel separating from trim, ice maker water line kinked and didn't allow water flow (replaced), bath sink faucet replaced, black water flush line was leaking under bathroom deck, water heater electrical was not connected at factory, entry door installed incorrectly (replaced). Leveling system is now not functioning and one slide cable has snapped. Blue Compass has done all the warranty repairs but we've had to return more than once for the same issues. Very poor quality of workmanship. I would not recommend buying from this manufacturer. Show less

Don’t buy a Dutchmen. You might start by falling in love with the lovely floor plan. I have to admit that it is awesome! I love everything about it! The living room is spacious! The kitchen island is fantastic! Great storage. And OMG! The full size bathroom was a huge part of why we chose this model! BUT! Everything service and warranty has been ridiculous. We bought out RV to live in. We were beyond excited!!! When we received it at our RV park, we only thought about starting our lives in our new home!! We started getting settled and accepted that maybe everything wouldn’t be perfect, but we had bought the full warranty and we were assured that we would be well taken care of! So we started noticing some issues. Some pretty significant, so we reached out to both the service department of the RV dealership (sorta nightmare in and of itself), but they at least tried. They helped us get a mobile RV repair company to come out, and they put together the information needed for the warranty department. First, the alignment of the slides was off. Because of that the cables to the slides have snapped. The brackets are sinking into the walls. The RV repair company has sent all of the information needed for the warranty to be fulfilled. But no!! We now have been told we have to load up our home, drive it 2 hours to the RV dealership because they want the service department to examine the slides. It has already been noted by a certified RV repair company that they are out of alignment. The same RV repair company that came out to fix an initial issue that was approved. So…. Anyway…. Their warranty department is ridiculous and difficult to work with. Their service is awful. The quality, while it initially appears lovely is crap. If I had it to do again I would never follow through and buy a Dutchmen again. Show less

We purchased a relatively new to market, 5th wheel from Dutchman, on the upper end of the 5th wheel market, so the quality and finish of the unit appeared to be better than similar priced units. Dutchman put a lot of effort into the design and execution, and this unit has space galore...be it living space, or storage space, you are never left wanting. The amazing walk through bathroom, with huge shower and double vanity, placed this unit at the top of our list. 3 air -conditioners also helped with the decision, along with a huge 160gallon fresh water tank, residential refrigerator, great lighting and plenty windows. At purchase, as expected with a new RV, we had one or two warranty related items to repair, including 2 water leaks, which were repaired under warranty. We love this unit! Show less

I have had this RV for just under a year. In that year I have had nothing but problems with it. From the Grey tank having a hole in it before it left the dealership, to the grey tank falling out the bottom after it was replaced. The black tank developed a major crack and the furnace kept going out... in the middle of winter. The fireplace in the bedroom looks beautiful and gives an upscale ambiance, unfortunately, the one that was installed didn't produce heat (would have been nice had that worked when the furnace went out. Workmanship on this is terrible. From the drawers falling apart, to the trim around the sliding doors not even being put inside the door frame, just hung up to cover up whatever they did, and trim on the ceiling is falling off. From the bed frame breaking and cracking in every direction. All the issues I have had with a 2021 model I would maybe have expected in a 8 to 10 year old model, but this is insane! I have taken it on more trips to the dealership than I have anywhere else... and I live in this thing full time! The best thing going for this unit is the undercarriage storage which is MASSIVE!!! This RV was great for about one week, after that it’s been nothing problems. This is some of the poorest workmanship I have seen in a long time. Obviously their workers lack any pride in their jobs and the management couldn’t care less if their employees do good work or offer a quality product. I thought high school aged employees working at McDonalds did poor work, I stand corrected. Apparently those kids at McDonalds are stellar workers. At Dutchman manufactured by keystone they would be proud to have Jerry’s Kids. Do yourself a favor. Find a brand not made by Keystone. I have met several other people who have the same trailer and they all have had issues. Feel free to email me regarding the list of issues ranging from no power and bad inverter to cables on the slides snapping within the first month. I have a long list of issues. I paid $78 K for crap. We purchased this and were enamored with the aesthetics and layout of the 400RL. It suited my wife and I life almost perfectly. If we could have designed a perfect RV in this size category, this would just about be it. We got 95% of everything we could want. But then we took it home and set up "house". The quality of the product, once you start using it and becoming familiar with it, is somewhat poor. We have had multiple drawers fall off track, multiple doors fall off hinges, Trim already falling off, window trim falling off. I have had to caulk the exterior windows and the back one still leaks terribly when rain comes from that side. HVAC in front rattles. There are other things but... We purchased this and received it in September of 2021. It is December 2021. Not feeling so good about referring this product to anyone down here. I guess I could take it back but then I will be without the RV for upwards of 2 months. NOPE. Show less

Layout is awesome. BUT So many things wrong. Poor workmanship. Wall on exterior separating from back, water leaks in plumbing, recliners not working, water heater comes unplugged while traveling- horrible plug access. Cutoff for refridge water line is behind stove and leaking! All of trim and doors are cheap, blinds dont stay down, propane failed to work, in the 6 months of ownership we have had possession 2 weeks😡 and going back for a fourth time. Show less

They layout is great. Explore USA has been great. Willingly fixed everything we have asked them to address. DO NOT BUY. In the first three months of ownership we had possession for 2 days. Water tank leak, recliner broken, trim coming apart, broken shower door, oven burners would not work, stabilizer Jack’s not working, water heater would not work, storage bay latches coming loose, joey bed missing and had to order. Make sure you read what is supposed to be in your rv! BETTER RV MANUFACTURERS OUT THERE! Go elsewhere. Show less
