We have owned this RV for one year. It has been in the shop for 20, yes 20 total weeks and is soon to go into the shop for additional warranty repairs. The defects include drawer slides falling off, LED lights on the front cap and awnings replaced, front awning replaced, side wall panel separating from trim, ice maker water line kinked and didn't allow water flow (replaced), bath sink faucet replaced, black water flush line was leaking under bathroom deck, water heater electrical was not connected at factory, entry door installed incorrectly (replaced). Leveling system is now not functioning and one slide cable has snapped. Blue Compass has done all the warranty repairs but we've had to return more than once for the same issues. Very poor quality of workmanship. I would not recommend buying from this manufacturer. Show less

We purchased this and were enamored with the aesthetics and layout of the 400RL. It suited my wife and I life almost perfectly. If we could have designed a perfect RV in this size category, this would just about be it. We got 95% of everything we could want. But then we took it home and set up "house". The quality of the product, once you start using it and becoming familiar with it, is somewhat poor. We have had multiple drawers fall off track, multiple doors fall off hinges, Trim already falling off, window trim falling off. I have had to caulk the exterior windows and the back one still leaks terribly when rain comes from that side. HVAC in front rattles. There are other things but... We purchased this and received it in September of 2021. It is December 2021. Not feeling so good about referring this product to anyone down here. I guess I could take it back but then I will be without the RV for upwards of 2 months. NOPE. Show less

Layout is awesome. BUT So many things wrong. Poor workmanship. Wall on exterior separating from back, water leaks in plumbing, recliners not working, water heater comes unplugged while traveling- horrible plug access. Cutoff for refridge water line is behind stove and leaking! All of trim and doors are cheap, blinds dont stay down, propane failed to work, in the 6 months of ownership we have had possession 2 weeks😡 and going back for a fourth time. Show less

They layout is great. Explore USA has been great. Willingly fixed everything we have asked them to address. DO NOT BUY. In the first three months of ownership we had possession for 2 days. Water tank leak, recliner broken, trim coming apart, broken shower door, oven burners would not work, stabilizer Jack’s not working, water heater would not work, storage bay latches coming loose, joey bed missing and had to order. Make sure you read what is supposed to be in your rv! BETTER RV MANUFACTURERS OUT THERE! Go elsewhere. Show less
