The Ultimate 3221RlSL has sufficient space for two people. Cushions in the bench seat are thin and cheaply made. We have a terrible condensation problem in the bedroom on all exterior walls and closets with mold growing. That is with us using the heaters, and damp rid in every closet and cabinet. Dripping around the window in the front of the bedroom is also a problem. There was water found in the cabinets above the bed as well. Major source of dissatisfaction. Moulding along the ceiling in the living area is warping. The entrance slide door to the bathroom has separated Appliances were dented ar scratched when we received it. There is a sprayer in the black water tank meant to clean the tank. That blew out upon the first use. Cabinets shelves behind the tv and in the closet had to be reinstalled as they fell down not having been properly installed. The cabinet pantry door behind the tv was not hung properly and is out by an inch. The door handle to the closet was not thought out well. Everytime you passed by it, you'd smash your arm. The 1/8" board for the bed is left with sharp corners, not to mention the installation of the hinges should have been under the board, not above , you can feel them even with the 10" mattress we purchased to replace the cheap 2" mattress the unit came with. If you like your cabinets that swing up to stay open while you load them you will have to purchase hinges and install them yourself. The levelers don't really do much. Before my husband put car jacks under the main frame the whole trailer would bounce when you walked in it It is obvious that these units are massed produced and quality and pride in workmanship is lacking. We haven't towed it anywhere since we brought it to the RV park. We've only had it 5 months and these things have happened. Ultimate...it is not. Other than that everything is just great!

We bought the CUB so we could tow with our Toyota Highlander. Tows great, floor plan is not quite what we need but we went on a 30 day road trip all over the SW. Experience with it told us we need a bit more storage space, more windows that actually open, a sink in the bathroom and a step around bed! As newby RV owners we were not aware of the warranty work challenges. Takes time to get parts and schedule the work. Weeks go by before the work is completed. As others have complained, mystery screws showing up, diamond shield out front won't stay in place and wiring comes loose. All attempts to keep screws in place have failed. Main panel inside isn't giving accurate readings about water tanks. Microwave began slipping and shifting as we were on the road so the panel that holds it has come loose. Screw issue again. We love the floor plan and the livability, we have disappointed in the manufacturing. It's time to take it in for this warranty work again, our dealer hasn't returned our emails/call to schedule the work. Thinking of trading it in.

This trailer has many cons and very few pros… refrigerator never quiet worked, doesn’t work at all now… leaks after first few days of hook ups, poor construction, crooked pieces and finishings, now now A\C after 1.75 years! Electrical issue, converter issues… and the basic construction work looks to be of the skill level of a 12 year old… or a crack or meth addict! Sorry but this thing has been a money pit! Don’t buy one if you like things done correctly… and avoid the dealer Florida outdoors too! They sold it without testing it fully clearly! Since the fridge never worked! The pros, you can sleep in it warm and wet and without full functions, but it’s a roof over our heads when we need it.

This 3371 Kodiak Ultimate is the biggest POS I had ever bought. Not even 4 months old now.. Trim pieces are coming apart. Bedroom AC vibrated loose. Kitchen sink hose leaking. Faucets for washer and dryer hookup leaking. Door would not lock. TV mount door for Pantry came off. Shelf in pantry clapsed. Shelf above furnace is collapsing. Window in bedroom is leaking. Shower drain was not connected and flooded the whole underneath of RV. Bed is already has a huge dip/sag in it. I only. weight 163lbs. Air conditioner won't even keep the AC at 83°. Even after installing insulation over the. windows it only goes down to 77 during the. day. With both units on. TV antenna is only hooked to bedroom TV. Shower pan was not caulked all around just 6. in from the door on each side. This thing is an absolute piece of effing junk. You would think it would be decent because it's in Dutchman but it's more like a Con man.

I haven't had this camper a year and have had issues like: - Electrical - Door would not latch - Dinette table mount pulled off from floor - Front end rocker panel has two nail heads poking through - Had to replace two sets of drawer glides - Gray tank dump lever stuck - etc, etc... We liked the large slide room, quality of construction, and as boondockers - the ride height to easily roll over undulations on the backroads of the mountain west.
