Poor workmanship. Problems from the beginning. Leadership would not work with us kept giving it back to us with the same problems telling us they fixed it but they did not. Made several calls to Keystone saying they would help us but they did not. We got a big fat lemon. Air conditioning Did not work properly we have had it fixed 7 times in 2 years. Refrigerator went out after one year. Stereo went out after 6 months. Microwave went out after 3 months. When we got at home from the dealership we tried to plug in some appliances and the plugs fill back in the walls. All the trimming fell off after about 4 months.. All the strings fell off the blinds and broke after about 6 months. Just pour pour poor poor workmanship never never again

We purchased this 5th wheel brand new. We have owned many many different brands of trailers, but we always go with quality, which is what I thought we were buying. Sadly this was not the case. Within 6 months the roof started leaking. After that it started with little things, trim falling off, drawer latches breaking, anything plastic on the outside started to break. Now in the last three years the big stuff starts to show up, windows all started to leak, found sections of the roof had rotted from water. The last item is the floor in the bedroom slide is rotten from water penetration. So far it has cost me over $5k in repairs and probably another $2k to fix the floor. For the record, I always inspect the trailer for potential problems, spring and fall, plus It’s washed and waxed every year. I will NEVER buy or recommend buying a Dutchmen product. EVER!

Poor workmanship. Slide where table is located leaks like a sieve so anytime there's rain or precipitation I have to close the slide. Cupboard doors don't latch. Bathroom door doesn't latch. Doesn't warm up inside unless temp is set at 80. Had to have a leak repaired over the couch not even 6 months after we bought it and that was fight to get done. As another review stated warranty is only as good as the dealer where purchased. I personally think Dutchman should have to buy back these lemons, because as a widow on a fixed income I cannot afford the repairs for their shoddy work.

Love this 5th wheel!! As a first time RVer, spent months researching hundreds of models online as well as walking through in person to find this gem. Just under 30 feet and tows like a dream. Tons of storage space including a walk in pantry. Love the island- lots of prep space without having my face in an upper cabinet. In the year we’ve had it we’ve travelled 15,000+ miles through 17 states without a single problem. Everyone who sees it is impressed with the quality of the finishes as well as the layout. The 10 cubic ft fridge is a great size, the AC and furnace do their jobs well, and the electric fireplace also does a great job in warming us up. Like the u-shaped dinette- very comfy for sitting on with feet up having a drink and using computer. Hard mattress was made comfy by adding a 3 inch memory foam topper. Did need to reinforce side cabinets on island, but no doors have ever popped open during travels. Highly recommend.

Following purchase we towed trailer home (225 miles) and discovered lower outside storage doors didn't stay closed. Reason was poor craftsmanship on door/latch install. 1 year later, well using during a rainstorm, noticed wet carpet on large slide. Reason was window leaking around frame due to poor install. 1 1/2 year later, noticed leak around small bedroom slide, reason slide rails providing highway for water. Well floor plan provides livability, it's 2 recliners at the rear of coach is a definite poor design as it renders 1 recliner unusable due to closeness to kitchen counter and the other must be moved & secured for travel to allow room for slide to come in. Coach also has poor location or lack of, especially in main slideout, AC outlets. The added features such as coach auto leveling, awning with LED lighting, 50 amp service, dual air conditioners, rain sensing power vent, winter insulation etc. are definite pluses. Well it comes with extra insulation for winter living, it has its holding tank dump valves located externally and not protected from the weather's temps. It's an exceptable camper, but just that and not recommended for extended living and especially for over 2 occupants. Overall, would I purchase this trailer again? - definitely not and it is due to the shoddy workmanship and very poor quality control!

My big love for this RV is the island kitchen and pantry area - all well designed and well thought out space. This is tiny living at its best and far less expensive than purchasing a "tiny house on wheels". I would highly recommend this RV to both a weekender camper and a "seasonal" camper. It has everything you need in a home, plus versatility of being able to move it to anywhere you want. Would really be ideal for anyone looking to be "snow birds".

TV install site in bedroom, as designated by manufacturer, was unsupported. Dealer installed TV mount and it failed. Called Dutchman and they offered no help. Wanted to convert three step entry to a four step unit offered by Elkhart. Contacted Dutchman and they quoted warranty against modifications of OEM. For a step!!??? Won't buy another Dutchman product. And will recommend against it to every other prospective RV owner.
