I live full time in my trailer. Most of it has been a good experience. I did have a few issues after my purchase. The shower was leaking but I was able to fix it easily. The wood sticker on the bathroom door pealed but I replaced it with something better. My biggest issue was the counter tops change color with very little heat. Toes perfect and living style is great. With they spent a little more money on quality supplies but I’d say that with every travel trailer. Did have to re-glue some trim and adjust the door.

We bought this RV in 2020 used. The RV dealership first let us know after we were almost through with the paperwork that it was not under warranty, even though we were told it was. (It was only a few months old). So we made a deal over electronic parts, if one was to fail. We sold our house and moved into our camper in a large shop we built. Almost immediately, we found a water leak in the bathroom under the sink that was coming from under the kitchen closet. I had to fix that. Then I found another leak that was coming from the back of the shower. I ended up having to cut a small hole in my bedroom wall to have to replaced the plumbing fittings that were not properly installed. I then had a leak coming from the kitchen sink. Hot and cold we’re not tight. Now I have a large leak that is behind the shower in my bedroom causing my floor to continue to stay wet. I ended up having to take part of the wall off, then it broke, so I cut ANOTHER hole at the bottom of the wall. If you buy this camper I would go through every single water line that you can reach and make sure they are good. Best thing would be to see if the dealership allows you to stay in the camper, there on site, to test all of this stuff out. Or get one hell of a warranty on water leaks! We then found another leak that was coming from the kitchen faucets.

Dutchmen Atlas 3132ML travel trailer. Purchased in November 2018. A near perfect floorplan for us. Large island, two refrigerators, three slides, lots of storage space, awesome kitchen, spacious bathroom. But the problems were numerous. Loose/stripped screws inside and outside of the coach. Furnace quit working after only six weeks. Problematic touchpad thermostat, awning main shaft came bent, tank pull courtesy light not working, slide trim interior screw interfered with the operation (chain drive) of the slide and caused substantial damage to the facia, major leaking with complete re-seal of the entire roof necessary, two skirt braces missing entirely, and much more. All is currently being warrantied and in the care of the dealer for two months as of this writing and not yet returned. Despite all the bad we do really love this trailer. So far Keystone is working with us and the dealer. Replacement parts acquisition is disturbingly long. We would like to mention we feel this is a very comfortable travel trailer and we are very much anticipating the return of the trailer to us.
