My husband and I love our 2018 Phoenix Cruiser 2552 B+ motorhome. We had initially bought a Class C which leaked like a sieve and the overhang had cracks throughout its structure causing continuous leaks up front. High winds would lift the rig off the road in the front due to the overhang. Class B RVs have thick, sturdy fiberglass roofs and bodies than class c which has a vastly inferior TPU roof. Our RV has top of the line Lippert slide mechanism and double pane windows with argon gas insulation which keeps the RV nice and cool in the worst summer heat. Phoenix also has thick, high quality leather seats and sofas that stand the test of time, mechanized beds to conjoin the twin beds as well as a mechanized sofa that lies flat for sleeping . The storage capacity in this unit is phenomenal given its size and the cabinetry are high quality, Amish made hardwood. Many fellow RV aficionados admire our RV and most have fifth wheels or a Class A and are looking to downsize. This model easily fits in all RV parks and takes switchbacks up and down mountains like a breeze with its 365 HP E450 motor. It's comfortable, quiet and powerful. We have excellent solar panels affixed on the roof with an installed inverter to run all of our electronics while boondocking. We also have a plug and play unit installed for our Yeti solar panel generator which efficiently runs the HVAC when disconnected from shore power or On an generator usage. Lastly, RV dealerships will tell you that Phoenix Cruisers never stay on their lot for very long because they're synonymous with luxury and high quality. Show less

This is my 20th new RV since 1978. Ranging from tiny to diesel pushers up to 42 feet. Size depending on family size over the years. I enjoy the RVing life but this most recent Rig[2025 BT Cruiser] has been a poorly constructed mess. Water leaks/missing options/sloppy assembly and a company that will not return phone calls or answer e-mails directed to a supposedly customer service department. Frankly it is hard to believe that the owners of the company are unaware of how unprofessional the staff treats customers. I ordered this unit and it was delivered in terrible condition with out any signs of quality control being directed towards its construction. It now has 17 miles on it as I had it trailer delivered from the factory to my dealer. It is now on my property in its own heated/cooled garage awaiting my dealer[good folks] to try and fix all the sloppy work done by the factory. At this time I am unable to use it. I do not know how the Gulf Stream management can sleep at night with their business ethics. I will never buy another of their products. Remember, I have had 20 of these...big and small...and this one is truely an an example of a company with out ethics. Show less

Downsizing from a Country Coach Magna we chose a Phoenix Cruiser 2910T which is a high end triple slide specially designed for RV’s downsizing from larger Class A’s. With a low profile, aerodynamic design they are a breeze to drive with no sway or tail wagging allowing the driver not to get fatigued. Built on a Ford E450 Super Duty chassis powered by economical 6.8L V10 there is plenty of power to tow our 4800# Jeep Unlimited. Due to the Coach design fuel efficiency is all depending on how it’s driven. Without towing we were able to achieve 12 mpg, towing a heavy Jeep at 70mph we get 8mpg. Motorhome Magazine reviewed the 2910T and stated “0-60 in just 21 seconds” which I believe is real. The construction is superior to most other similar RV’s. The design of the 2910T is such that you can access all cabinets without the slides open. This is great while traveling even so if you want to stop for a quick overnight you don’t have to open the slides which is nice. Fit and finish is really good. Abundant cabinets afford plenty of storage which is needed if making a cross country trip. Phoenix Cruiser is proud of their products and there are numerous videos on YouTube on the construction and design. In the years that we owned a 2910T the only fault was the interior upholstery which wasn’t the manufacturer. Some furniture makers in the 2000’s were sold inferior ultra leather which deteriorated over time and ended up in a lot of manufacturers RV’s. It can be costly to replace so if you see an RV with flaking be prepared to replace the upholstery. Show less

It's like the Tardis. Small on the outside big on the inside. Full-size bed. Lots of windows. Quiet and well insulated. Beautiful wood cabinet. Full shower and large bathroom. Large refrigerator and freezer. Dinette folds for a bed too. MW/Convection oven. All you need to get away Show less

We really like the floor plan of the Phoenix Cruier 2552 Components are good but the craftsmanship in putting them together is horrible. The factory is little help in getting repairs. Dealers in the area nit responsive to making repairs stating sliw repayment. Manufacturer not having much luck in scheduling repairs in a reasonable time. Pantry drawers fell our.not secured Tank heater inop Water pump switch inop No wardrobe rod Leaks in shower . Table stowage strap pulled out Chassis and house not synced with door looks and bluetooth. Cabinet doors and trim shabby Kitchen blinds don’t work Toilet spray not working Attention to detail on trim terrible. I would not buy again. I understand the older units were much better. Anyone want one anyway. Mine is available but shouldn’t buy unless you have pull with the factory or live close to Elkheart.. Ford chassis and new 7.3 great! Show less

They have an amazing ride and comfort, it is compact but gives you everything you could want. the drive-ability is amazing, no worries about getting around big cities or rv parks. it sleeps 4 people easy, my grandkids were so excited to sleep in the twin beds and not have to share. with the backup camera and the side cameras, driving and parking is a breeze. Even in bad weather, with the shorter profile, we did not have to worry about high winds like we did in the big class A's. this one is a dream, if you can find it used, its a much better deal than new, especially with the extended warranty that can be purchased from several different companies. In this small compact rv, it has a full shower and standard rv frig, so no skimping there. no mechanical issues, everything works like it should and with the active solar on the roof, we were able to do a lot more off the grid glamping and did feel like we had to sacrifice anything. We Love this RV. It was always our dream to own a Phoenix Cruiser with twin beds. It's was just the right size for us, Fun and easy to drive. Easy to setup and it goes almost anywhere. It has all the bells and whistles and the convinent of home in an upscale way. We hit selling it, but we're moving up to something bigger for our upcoming retirement and the grandkids. I wish we could keep tow. Smile!! Show less

We special ordered our 2007 Phoenix Cruiser 2350 in the spring of 2007. That was over 14 years ago. We selected model 2350 primarily because at 23'-8" long, it fit in our garage, but also because it came with every feature we wanted in "practical" fashion. For example, the kitchen sink and galley in general is a very good size, the fridge has a separate freezer, the fresh water tank holds 35 gallons, we shower in a dedicated shower stall (a dry bath) and we have a whole house inverter to power most 110V appliances with our two house batteries. We intentionally did not get a slide out to opt for a nice size comfortable dinette, a feature critical to us. Model 2350 has an extra easy chair for an additional place to relax. We also have plenty of storage inside and outdoor. The rear corner double bed in model 2350 is a bit tight but still very manageable for us, now in our mid 60's. The rear exterior wall section includes integrated storage for the spare tire and other items, something I don't see offered by other manufactures. Emphasizing the quality of materials, design, and workmanship, I feel our Phoenix Cruiser ranks higher than most other brands in a similar configuration. Our rig has a very aerodynamic frontal area, it stands only 9'-10" to the top of the a/c unit, and only 93" wide, making the rig easier to drive and maneuver. Cross winds, trucks passing, all that windy thrashing is greatly reduced. With heavy duty front and rear stabilizer bars and shocks, our scaled-down rig handles hair-pin turns extremely well with confidence. It almost resembles driving an SUV rather than a drunken sailor. The sturdy main entry door with reinforced door jamb stands out from all others. The roll-away screen door is a very nice compliment in that it disappears when you don't need it. The general fit of everything is just right. Body panels align properly, with all joints tight. Caulk is used minimally for the purpose sealing a seam, not closing a gap. The quality of workmanship throughout shows very nicely. Then there are the many hidden things that are noted in the company's assembly presentation. 110V wiring is 12 gauge instead of 14 gauge to handle power surges, all wiring, both 12V and 110V is point-to-point without splicing or the use of wire harness connectors that are susceptible to arc failures. Fresh water pipes use brass elbows throughout Every large cutout in walls and ceiling have aluminum framing embedded in the edges of the openings for increased structural integrity. The floor is 3/4" marine plywood over square steel beams with foam block insulation and a thick durable underbelly water barrier to protect everything. The domed roof is finished in sheet fiberglass that over-laps the walls for a tight seal. It's not cheaply slapped together with cut-corners as is common in the RV industry. Extra care is put into these rigs and it shows up in various ways as we have observed over so many years. One last thing, we got the thermal pane window option which makes our rig more quiet at night and better insulated. Along with the well insulated floor, walls and ceiling, on cold nights our no-slide rig with the smaller interior volume of air, our furnace operates much more efficiently, cycles less using less battery power and less propane. It's been a great rig for boondocking. We rarely stay in RV parks with hookups so we well utilize all the on-board systems our rig has to offer. Our 2007 Phoenix Cruiser 2350 (on a 2007 Ford E350 chassis) been a blessing to own all these years. Our plan is to own it until we are too old and dangerous to drive. We hope that is many years away. This motorhome has all the reliability and comfort of home. Easy to drive, has all the bells and whistles. To make rv traveling wonderful. The manufacturer has taken durability and comfort all in consideration. Great for weekends travel, or cross country. Just being on the open road. Show less
