BOUGHT THIS MODEL NEW. I LIVE IN THE RV FULL TIME. HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH QUALITY CONTROL. MAJOR WATER LEAK IN BEDROOM SLIDER. LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER CAME IN AND ALL OVER THE FLOOR UNDER SLIDER. 3 VISITS FROM A RV TECH FINALLY FIXED THE ISSUE. 2) SINK LEAK- VERTICAL STACK PIPE WAS INSTALLED INCORRECT.\,PUTTING DOWNWARD PRESSURE ON ELBOW GOING TO PRIMARY SINK. LEAKED ALL OVER FLOOR AND NOW HAVE STAINS. 3) AWNING FRAME INSTALLED OVER WINDOW SO I CANNOT OPEN WINDOW NEXT TO DOOR. IF ATTEMPED, IT WILL BREAK. 3) SLIDER DOES NOT OPEN AND SEAL PROPERLY. DAYLIGHT SHOWS AT TOP OF SLIDER. NOTE: ALL ISSUES WOULD NOT EXIST IF QUALITY CONTROL WAS DONE PROPERLY AT FACTORY. AFTER ONE YEAR, I AM STILL TRYING TO FIX ISSUES. I CANNOT BRING TO DEALER AS I LIVE FULL TIME WITH PETS, SO NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. VERY IMPORTANT: WHEN BUYING ANY NEW 5TH WHEEL TRAILER, BE SURE TO STAY NEAR DEALER FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS SO THESE ISSUES CAN BE ADDRESSED. I REGRET BUYING THIS UNIT BECAUSE QUALITY CONTROL WAS NOT THERE. Show less

We purchased this fifth wheel brands new in July of 22. NOTHING works in it after using it for ONLY 5 days. Plugs quit working, fireplace, ceiling fan, ac units, refrigerator.... we can either use ONE light or ONE plug at a time. Contacted both the corporate office and the dealership and no one will help us other than placing blame on us for the issue.... we plugged into 50 amp and are being told the fifth wheel isn't rated for 50 even though everything regarding the rv says so. They all say"Well you need to get a technician" but we can't find one to service the fifth wheel. Just an absolute terrible company to deal with. Show less

I have stayed in the Arctic Fox Grande Ronde 29-5k for a full month in Arizona and it is wonderful. Spacious and functional. No issues with anything. Heat and A/C keeps things cozy. Plenty of storage. Easy to operate and very comfortable. Show less
