We had a problem with a crack under our bedroom slide that we tried to get repaired at a dealership twice only to have the crack come back within a couple trips. We took it to the Alliance factory and that was the best decision we ever made. The service manager Tim and the team took such good care of us and the repair was high quality and looks great. The alliance team always has your back with any issues and their units are very user oriented. We have been super happy with the purchase. The water center and mechanical switches gives peice of mind for mechanical control and isolation. The structure design and meterials used are definitely as stout as you can ever hope for in a camper. Show less

We have lived in this rv three years and we couldn’t be happier! Perfect rv with the best company! When we did have issues alliance helped us sort them out. Rvs will always have issues, but alliance doesn’t hide from issues! You can even call the highest up directly at Alliance. We are considering another alliance because we have loved them so much! Overall we like this RV. The only downside is construction quality is no better or worse than the average RV manufacturer which means it is not great. Although we have not had any major issues, we have had to deal with too many smaller ones. I do not think that any product costing over $100k should have this much corner cutting. Fortunately Alliance customer support has been very good. Show less

We shopped for over a year before landing on this RV. It is roomy and spacious. The floor plan is perfect for our needs. The quality is excellent for a 5th wheel. Alliance has handled the minor issues that have come up quickly and professionally. Being almost 46 feet long, it is challenging to tow and back in, but the livability is worth it. This toy hauler has it all. It keeps the wife happy with higher end living without having a fifth wheel. It also allows for a 4 seat side x side to fit in the separate garage. Would not have a different RV it’s perfect for families who love comfort and adventure. Show less

Considering we went from a Momentum to a Luxe, to compare the two would be to compare the moon to the sun. Luxe quality and adaptability matched our expectation of paying a premium price. We expected there to be issues, and we had our share, but the Luxe team was always willing to resolve the issue ASAP and went out of their way to resolve any issues to our satisfaction. We traveled the country and lived in the RV for 3 years, and everything has held up beautifully. Don't be afraid to buy a used rig as the quality they put into the initial build means it is built to last. We would definitely buy from Luxe again. Show less

ORV Manufacturing has the best customer service; I stopped calling the dealership and if ever a question arises, I can call ORV and get help ordering a part or making an adjustment. Very well built and solid platforms are what make ORV products stand out from the mass produced trailer factories in Indiana. These trailers tow very well and although heavy, they are well balanced. Components are industry standard ie. Coleman Mack, Lippert, Suburban, MaxxAire, etc. but the bones of these trailers are what is special and what makes them maintain value. Show less

Took our striker, 2916 camping for the first time and it’s already sheared bolt off the stabilizer jacks. The happy Jack seats I have already broke and one of the legs came loose and tore through the fabric. The shower leaks in two places I’ve really been disappointed with this to have these problems on one trip.. Show less
