2022 Class A - Diesel reviews

This thing fell apart like a house of cards. The bigger issue, however, is the support I received from Winnebago. When the dealer wouldn't ever call back, I finally reached out to Winnebago directly. I was asked to upload documentation to their email ticket system and then received an email that my case had been closed. When I called to find out why, they said I never sent the documentation. I pointed them to the email I sent along with a confirmation follow-up email then they asked me to upload them again and they would stay on the phone to be sure they got the docs. I was told that their email ticketing system wasn't working for some reason and then they asked me to fax the documentation instead. I faxed in the docs and followed up a couple of weeks later after hearing nothing. This time IT said their fax system wasn't working and they asked me to mail the docs. I sent them certified mail and waited about 4 weeks. No call, no email, no follow-up of any kind so I called again. They had my docs but they were buried under other stuff on the rep's desk. Another couple of weeks go by and I call back again to be told that everything is out of warranty. Mind you this is only because it took over 1 year to get to this point between the dealership and Winnebago. For the other items, they got picky over the wording and told me to go to the manufacturer of the TV and Microwave directly because the wording sounded more like damage than a defect. The experience with Winnebago was BY FAR the worst customer experience I've ever had. I will be selling my trailer and I will never buy another product from Winnebago again.
