2022 Alliance RV reviews

We have a 2023 Riverside Retro 13.5. We bought the camper new. We sized down to a small camper so we could tow with our Jeep Wrangler. The camper has not had any problems and we have had dozens of trips in it. It was one of the few campers at this size that checked all the boxes. We love the full size fridge and dry bath. We have the Elite and like the ADZELL siding too. My biggest complaint is the awning. It works fine but the arms are very low. Coming from the rear door, it is very easy to bang your head on the low arms and we have a lot. The only other complaint is the upholstery on the sofa is very delicate. I keep a futon cover on it because we take our pups and this has kept it damage free. We feel for the price point, amenities and tow ability the camper has been a good value. Show less

This RV is the only RV that we've owned (out of 5) that we did not have to bring back to the dealership for fixes. There were a few minor fixes that we were able to call Alliance customer service on and they had parts to us quickly. Very comfortable, open, bright camper. Easy to tow. Show less

We traveled in the 2022 Alliance Paradigm 295MK for several months in 2023 & 2024, and this RV has exceeded all our expectations. It feels more like a high-end condo than an RV. The attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful design truly make it stand out. The interior is very nice, with modern finishes, soft-close cabinetry, and plenty of natural light thanks to large panoramic windows. The kitchen is a highlight – spacious and functional, with residential-style appliances, solid-surface countertops, and a deep stainless-steel sink. The kitchen island and generous pantry make meal prep feel effortless. The rear living area is cozy yet roomy, with a tri-fold sofa and theater seating that are both extremely comfortable. The bedroom features a full-size queen bed with underbed storage, a walk-in closet, and washer/dryer prep. Storage throughout the rig is excellent, from the bathroom linen closet to the spacious overhead cabinets. Towing the Paradigm 295MK has been smooth and stable. Alliance clearly focused on quality construction – from the MORryde suspension to the heavy-duty frame and wide stance axles. If you're looking for a fifth wheel that blends comfort, style, and smart design, the 2022 Alliance Paradigm 295MK should be at the top of your list. Don’t buy a Venture Rv (KZ Brand trailer)! Spent $65,000 on a Sporttrek, and it’s the quality of my child’s fisher price toys. Horrible customer service, they don’t warranty or stand behind their products. They installed a window incorrectly in my master bedroom, causing water to seep into the Rv over time going unnoticed since it was hidden. They’ve told me to kick rocks and too bad so sad. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Give any other company your money. Show less

We love the open floorplan and the windows give you unobstructed views and make you feel like you are outside. We recently decided to take our unit to the factory for a recall. As it turned out our unit did not need the recall. The team at Alliance took it upon themselves, to use that time, to go through our unit. They found things that were on my honey do list like fixing trim that came loose. They found some things we didn't know about, probably would have never found and fixed it. When I thanked the team and mentioned they didn't have to to do that, the lead said " we just try to do the right thing. " Doing the right thing is exactly why I will never own another brand. I have been so impressed with the Customer service and now the service team including Alliance members from Service, parts, warranty work, scheduling the appointment to bring in our unit to ordering replacement parts for things I needed. We have had our Avenue since February of 2022 have traveled close to 10,000 miles in it and have loved every minute of it. On the rare occasion when something has gone wrong with the rig Alliance service has been just a phone call away to help solve our issue. Show less

We've owned our 340 for 3 years and are completely satisfied with our unit. We especially love the bathroom and large shower. Secondly I love the stairs up to the bedroom being on the off door side. The stove and oven are awesome, we've even cooked a small turkey in it. Show less

Overall we like this RV. The only downside is construction quality is no better or worse than the average RV manufacturer which means it is not great. Although we have not had any major issues, we have had to deal with too many smaller ones. I do not think that any product costing over $100k should have this much corner cutting. Fortunately Alliance customer support has been very good. Show less

This RV is fantastic for full-time traveling. There's tons of storage - including an awesome basement. Although a fairly new company Alliance has become one of the best in the business known for it's quality and after the sale customer service. Show less

Great RV for the money .Lots of room and storage .Luxury style .The only problem we had was the Coleman heat pump did not cool the best so we added a second unit. Pulls like it isn't even there .I don't even use sway bars . Love the 12volt option on the 10 cu.ft. refridgerater .no longer have to pack coolers. love the king size bed and large bathroom and shower. Show less
