IT WAS THE BEST CHOICE FOR SPACE! SO MUCH SPACE! We love to cook and there is so much space to put kitchen wear and food. The bathroom is very private as well, and the washer and dryer are a life saver, a long with the auto leveler. This was my first RV model and in comparison to others, this one has a more modern feel and more considerate design for privacy and functionality.

Love all of the little features you normally find in an expensive diesel pusher. Even though Vanleigh division of Tiffin doesn’t make these anymore they’ve been amazing at customer support, parts and service. You can tell it’s a Tiffin product!

Considering we went from a Momentum to a Luxe, to compare the two would be to compare the moon to the sun. Luxe quality and adaptability matched our expectation of paying a premium price. We expected there to be issues, and we had our share, but the Luxe team was always willing to resolve the issue ASAP and went out of their way to resolve any issues to our satisfaction. We traveled the country and lived in the RV for 3 years, and everything has held up beautifully. Don't be afraid to buy a used rig as the quality they put into the initial build means it is built to last. We would definitely buy from Luxe again.

In shop more than out. Floors cracked. Door hinges broke. Refrigerator leaked, won’t freeze adequately . Doors finally replaced r/t poor seals. One of the fold up bunks that has never used installed into paneling & hinges coming out of wall same issue with door, hand rails up to fifth wheel bedroom none properly installed like closet which fell off wall traveling entire shelving & rod collapsed only held on by staples half way hitting the 1x1 joke of support & plastic holders not designed to hold > 8 ft closet rods. Fireplace cockeyed & won’t mount flush. Slides have jammed multiple times on trips have to await service to come to pull home, door jams poor hinges malfunction & have to slam, chairs don’t fit inset window trim of dining room table. Awnings return for repair ~10 times, have tone manually retracted to leave & tow home, front lights failed. Have to rest power board ~3-4 times every trip to operate slides/awnings/lights, seams on wall covers cracks constantly lights dim when using dining room awnings as if there’s a short in them. Still not fixed after years of returning. manufacturer doesn’t want to stand by their products. Outdoor locks fail & spins around. Trailer looks good workmanship is extremely POOR to Nonexistent quality Have returned & replaced electronic control panel - has same issues have to reset constantly. Tires on trailer are horrible china - replaced all shortly after purchased new. Dangerous to drive on. Have had issues with 4/5 slides jamming failing to retract & or extend vent & bug covers fly off going down road, vents/fans fail to open & or function.. suggest stay away from this manufacturer once they get your money they couldn’t care less about customer service or warranty or $5,000 extended warranty each blames the other &/or ( can’t) repeat error until manufacturer warranty is out …. Then it’s screw u… couldn’t care less about doubt the right thing by their customers….. don’t waste your money on them & steer clear of this manufacturer

ORV Manufacturing has the best customer service; I stopped calling the dealership and if ever a question arises, I can call ORV and get help ordering a part or making an adjustment.
Very well built and solid platforms are what make ORV products stand out from the mass produced trailer factories in Indiana.
These trailers tow very well and although heavy, they are well balanced. Components are industry standard ie. Coleman Mack, Lippert, Suburban, MaxxAire, etc. but the bones of these trailers are what is special and what makes them maintain value.

I'll start woth what I like. The finishes.
Our first trip in this RV, the bottom of one of the cabinets came down. It was just pinned up there. So everything in the cabinet was all over thebrakes. The main closet in the front also came off the back wall and all outer clothes were on the floor. We tried fixing, don't know how it will fair when we leave.
Then the 50amp brakes wasn't wired correctly so we had to fix that and get a new braker.
The wires under the camper are a total birds nest. You'd think they would be neater. We also had several water leaks that we had to fix because they use cheap plastic parts for the joints.
We had two AC units that were freezing up constantly. The roof was laying on top of the returns which wasn't allowing air to flow. So we had to open the vents on the ceiling and put blocking in to create airflow. However, they were still freezing. So we got a tech to come out and he found that two of them had a bad switch?
If you send a bill to Vanleigh, they will only cover parts and labor. Mind you, we're living in BFE Texas, because I work on wind farms. So I only got less than half of the bill back. And you better have everything spelled out on the bill they give you when you turn it in or they won't pay it.
Oh...it's also hotter than Hadese down here. They claim this is a 4 season RV, but it's not. They basically insulate with bubble wrap.
Also, the toilet is electric and we had to unplug the sensor because it kept saying the black tank was full when it wasn't. And would stop flushing the toilet.
We got this RV because Vanleigh had a good reputation. But they don't care that your brand new RV is falling apart. Horrible!! Will NEVER buy one of these again!!
End rant.
It's not worth the price tag!!! Not by a long shot!

Over its been a great RV. Perfectly suited with the separate bedroom for our kid, and the half bath in that room is great as well. One if the few floor plans that have a true 2nd bedroom and with its own bath. We have really only lived out of this and not traveled with friends and family but look forward to future adventures. Owned it about 2 years now and living in it full time. Ive seen a few versions of the floor plan in the living and I like what we have and that is the full couch with the options of 2 tables, a huge couch(which adding an ottoman makes a huge difference), or another pull out bed to make another bedroom out of the living area. Great for larger groups or family with kid(s).

If I could give Redwood/Keystone/Crossroads a ZERO I would, a score of 1 is too much. We bought our brand new Redwood that spent 14 months in the shop prior to having it on our property. Then with only 300 miles on the China Bomb tires, that's what the Certified Repair Center calls them, the tires blew causing $5k in damage that we had to file with our insurance, the tires aren't rated correctly, buy new ones before you go out. Then we finally got it back and the Fridge shelves bent and became dislodged. Best Buy stood behind their Defective Fridge and sent another, but Redwood didn't, we are now on Defective Fridge #3 and Redwood declines to participate in installing the Fridge $700 each time. Don't buy this brand, don't get awed by the beauty, their warranty is not dependable or any good. Darin the President won't even help. Do yourself a favor Run don't walk, don't be unhappy about your experience like us!
