Bought new. Tanks backwards so it flooded. Shoddy workmanship led to awning replacement. Major slide leak floor dmage etc etc. It looked good but was a mistake. Dont drink the kool aid. We did and we regretted it. Went to a Grand design. Saw yourself the headache. Poor Poor quality. Show less

This is by far the best fifth wheel I have owned. This our 3rd fifth wheel. The true master suite with its own private bath and true walk in closet help to make this a condo on wheels. The large atrium window bring the great outdoors in so you can easily enjoy your camp site while inside your camper. As for customer service non better and I don't just mean in the RV world. When I called on a Saturday to see how my 5th wheel was coming along (as it was a custom order) expecting to leave a message i get the owner of the company answer my call. While he did not have the exact answer at the time he called me back Monday morning with an update. That pretty much says it all. Show less
